These people Suck! They can't be trusted, don't listen to the reviews....it ain't worth it and you will be disappointed!

We used 2 Flores food trucks and their catering services for our music festival themed wedding and they were INCREDIBLE! The food was top notch, best tasting and widest menu at a wedding I've ever seen. The team was flexible as we changed our mind MANY times and they never made us feel guilty or said no.

We had mexican and mediterranean food truck menus and guests could go up as often as they wanted for 2 hours. Made the dinner part of the reception so much more fun and informal in the best ways.

Thank you so much Danielle, Chris, Kelly and team! You made our day sooo special we could not be happier. Get the Churros for your dessert they are insanely delicious!

Austin Flores is a trash company owner and doesn’t like to pay his employees. If you like money, don’t work here, cause they will drag their feet on paying you. DM me for proof

While the food we ate was good, not having signature items from the menu (ie:pink sangria and seafood paella) made the experience very disappointing. The other issue was the first server was so busy running from the bar to her tables to take orders, she completely forgot to tell my friend they didn't have the paella and ask her what she wanted instead. She only put my order in and my friend got nothing. The other server was able to push another order through but I was more than half finished with my meal by the time her shrimp came out. The bill was also incorrect as we got charged for a whole bottle of wine instead of a glass. I don't think we'll be returning.

Amazing experience. Loved the place all decorated for Christmas. Tricia night was also very fun!

Flores is consistently a delight. Food is always delicious, cocktails on point and excellent service. Their server, Tee, is always a ray of sunshine. True neighborhood gem that makes you feel like family.

My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup.Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass (150 guests). Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream.The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests. We highly recommend going with Flores for your wedding our other events.

We had an amazing experience!! The food was phenomenal. We ordered off the tapas menu to start and these were the largest servings we've ever had for tapas. After a nice leisurely time enjoying all the different dishes, we ordered our dinners and were surprised once again with flavors and portion sizes. The festive spirit for the holidays is in full bloom with holiday music playing, a holiday drink menu and the beautiful holiday decorations. The staff was fantastic as well and it's always nice to have the chef come table side!!! We have found a new favorite place....10/10!!

The holiday cocktail selections were varied and interesting. The two we had were delicious. We ordered 5 tapas dishes for the two of us. They were all unique and quite tasty. We even took some of the food home to enjoy later. Service was attentive and friendly, and the holiday decor added to the enjoyment of our dinner.

I found Flores Tapas Bar by doing a search for Miracle Christmas Bars and found it on the list. It is an hour from Rockland County, where I live, and figured it would be a nicer drive than going into NYC to the Miracle bars there. What I found at Flores was way more than a cute Christmas bar, I found my new favorite restaurant. The decor was on point, the drinks, delicious, but here is why I will go back regardless of the season: The food and the folks who work there. You will not find a friendlier, more attentive waitstaff. Everyone is there to make sure you are having the best time. They take their time explaining the menu too for anyone with questions. Now the food. In one word, ourtanding. My husband is from Spain and is usually underwhelmed when dining out anywhere that has Spanish items on the menu. Even he was impressed. We decided to eat a variety of Tapas. The croquetas of jamon and those of chicken where phenomenal. We also had the brisket empanadas, the dates with bacon, the pear crostini, chorizo in wine, and the tostones. Ok, I know tostones aren't Spanish, but my dad is Puerto Rican, and I love tostones. They were large, thin, crispy and delicious - again, perfection. These dishes were enough to have three adults feeling stuffed at the end! We ordered their house made strawberry gelato and their bourbon bread pudding for dessert, and they were nothing short of fantastic. I'm not used to gushing like this during reviews but Flores is a great place. I need to go back there one more time before the Miracle bar segment is over, but I will be definitely be back after as well.

Flores catered our wedding and it was incredible!! We were married at a venue where all kitchen equipment has to be brought in and with Flores having their food trucks, this made the process so much easier and we saved on additional rentals. We chose to go with a family style dinner, and guests are still raving about the skirt steak with chimichurri and the purple potatoes. Even the harvest bounty table during the cocktail hour was so impressive, it made it into the best mans speech! Service, food and quality was all incredible. I'd highly recommend Austen and then entire Flores team for any event!! We have also had dinner at the restaurant a few times and the drinks and food were delicious. Highly, highly recommend for any event

It was a great experience! Cory was our server and super kind and attentive to us - very understanding of my allergies :) amazing will come back again. Recommend the seafood paella greatly!
