I swung by Jersey Mikes a couple of days ago because I was too lazy to cook. I ordered a gluten-free sub, and you know how it is—ordering gluten-free can feel like I’m asking for trouble, with everyone having to sanitize everything and the staff looking a bit frazzled. But the Jersey Mikes staff was amazing! They greeted me with a smile and a “no worries” attitude, which I always love.
