Great customer service, evidenced by good rapport exhibited by staff, efficient service, they take time to explain ingredients, and offer relevant suggestions. There's a Drive-thru if you don't want to go inside the store. Clean, sanitized store lends to the feeling you're having food prepared under hygenic conditions. That's good. Pricing is competitive and 'seals the deal' that you're getting value for money.“

“Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. “My girlfriend loves the chicken tenders here, especially with the blackened ranch. I wanted to try something different and asked the drive-thru person for recommendations. His name ended up being Marrell (I think) and he might have been the most helpful customer service person I’ve dealt with since before COVID happened. If he’s not a manager he deserves to be. If he is a manager then he deserves his own store. And if that Popeyes is his, then he deserves to be in charge of multiple-Popeyes. Because if he can teach his people skills to the rest of the staff you’re gonna be putting other restaurants out of business.“

“I love SoBol. They’re so consistently delicious. I always get their açaí bowls. I have an açaí bowl addiction, so I get them in many places. SoBol is always my favorite bc the açaí isn’t overly sweet. It’s all just perfect. This location is beautiful as well.“
