Based on the reviews, Mexicali Blue - Mexican Restaurant & Happy Hour is a fun taco place with very good drinks and amazing margaritas. The food is always fresh, delicious, and well made. The menu is straight forward, featuring fun Burritos and Bowls, an amazing selection of Tacos including salmon and brisket, a very good fajita meal, and very good Empanadas. The owners, who are brothers, are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their food. They source ingredients from local farms, use organic ingredients, and avoid seed oils. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, with trivia being a blast. The service is perfect, with workers going above and beyond. One chef puts heart and soul into the cooking and presentation. This is a go to spot with reasonable prices.
