Tamarind Fine Dining in Hudson Valley offers a relaxing atmosphere, superb service, and delicious food. The Thai non vegi lunch special and lamb curry were highlights, served with basmati rice and naan. Portion sizes, taste, and presentation were all top-notch. Known as one of the best restaurants in Dutchess county, it's a must-visit. The Signature Lamb Shank is a personal favorite, and the ample parking makes dining here convenient. The food is flavorful, with unique choices and just the right spicy level upon request. The mixologist JK makes drinks with love, and the staff, from the hostess to the chef, are soft-spoken and kind. The server was exceptionally friendly and helpful, though service slowed down a little when busy. Drinks were excellent, and the experience was great. Definitely worth coming back.
