I ordered a triple, they gave a double. I ordered no cheese. They gave cheese. I told them no meat. I got sick. They added jalapeños. For no reason.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Waited 20 minutes for a whopper combo meal!!
No one was waiting. Fryers were empty. At 12:24pm on a Tuesday!!!!!!

We ordered food along with onion rings. The onion rings were so cold and when we asked the manager Daytona, she responded by saying that the fryers are off and there’s nothing she could do to help us. I asked for a receipt and she told me that her register was already off and she couldn’t do that. I told her I need my receipt so she dug through the trash and found it and gave it to me . completely unacceptable and I’m not surprised by all the other one star reviews on here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Overall a nice place to sit, but the food was completely screwed!!! Fries were over salted to oblivion, completely inedible, chicken nuggets fried in cold oil making them soggy, and burgers were just nasty. You are better off driving 30 miles to the next rest stop.

Stopped to eat burger king since the last place only had Starbucks and Chick-fil-A and of course Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays (stupid having a restaurant that is closed on one of the busiest travel days for families.
The burger king crew needs to be taught how NOT to cross contaminate. she put raw burgers on grill then continued to make sandwich with same gloves. if you have ever gotten sick after eating here that might be why!

I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or if they’re struggling to keep up with orders but waiting 25 plus minutes for “fast food” is quite unacceptable. Especially when traveling and trying to get back on the road quickly.
