We just stopped here, 5pm on a Sunday. Literally nothing but the restrooms and McDonald’s was open… not even the little store for snacks or a drink! It doesn’t make sense to me. Have some vending machines if your businesses aren’t open! Giving 2 stars for the mere fact that the facilities were nice & clean.

Convenient travel stop in Syracuse. Several snack and food options including McDonald’s.Decently clean bathrooms although the ladies bathroom smells bad. They have a weight scale in the ladies bathroom near the baby change station. Why would this be here? First time I have noticed a weight scale in a travel bathroom. Kinda strange.Plenty of parking and typical gas station on site.

A great stop for traveler's and trucker's Didn't realize it was a truck stop until I arrived. They have clean restrooms, a Starbucks, Popeye's and pizza place available. There is also a convenience store connected to get all your needs before hitting the road.

Ok this service center is basically like any other ones across area. They normally have a convenience store along with a few restaurants. In this case, the restaurants that are located at this center. Is a pizza spot as well as a McDonald’s. There is a large dining area to eat at, or you can just relax. As for the mens bathrooms. Please take Lysol and be up to date with your tetanus shots.

Stopped to use the restrooms. It was noon on a Monday. They were absolutely disgusting, hadn't been cleaned in days and smelled terrible. Most of the toilets were clogged and unusable.

Since it is one of the few Plazas along I-90 that is full service in regards to food ?, gas ⛽, restrooms ?? then you understand why it is crowded without feeling the overwhelming of people crush. The restrooms were kept up so that gives this location a plus along with the different food choices. So definitely stop by the Warners Travel Plaza for a stretch.

The McDonald's was open after midnight so I could get a large coffee and a quarter pounder. That is a life saver when you have more than a hundred miles more to go.
With over an hour between rest stops you would think they would strive to have a cleaner rest area. Women's bathroom was dirty and there was tons of trash in the parking lot. Needs some work - this place has a lot of potential to be a great rest stop!

Nice rest stop on the highway with good facilities, and clean restrooms. Also a nice gift shop. I was even able to buy honey from a vendor on the outside. Great and comfy place with a gas station to fill up for the rest of the journey.
