STOP AT ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THIS LOCATION. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me, received incorrect item. Went into building for item to be corrected, waited another almost 30 minutes for said item. At this point I was so annoyed I only briefly examined the item, at the time it seemed corrected. Got the item home and realized the item was the EXACT SAME ITEM THEY TOOK FROM ME!!! So for almost 30 more minutes while I was inside the building listening to the staff members scream at eachother about being understaffed and them just handing people whatever items, because they kept losing the ticket slips. I get to receive the same exact item staff members took from me and held behind the counter for 30 minutes. Makes me wonder how many times other people have gotten food that was touched, picked at, coughed on, sniffed and other wise handled by the public. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!!!

Worst its ever been employees are all mad and screaming about being short staffed and they will quit. Wait times are insane and if they mess something up double the time it takes. They should probably restaff or close the doors.

Usually don’t leave reviews but this one deserved it. Super long wait with no line inside or outside.. Rock hard stale buns and cold meat. I couldn’t eat it. Poor communications between staff could hear them yelling at eachother. Warrensburg McDonald’s is a clown show. Doesn’t live up to their high school mascot

This place closes early without notice- often which messes up online orders when using the app leaving one with a hold on their account and an order that's not going to be filled by a restaurant that can NOT seem to get it together in this town-very disappointing - when they are open make sure to check your order bc that's usually wrong too. The loogies spit on the side wall of the drive-thru are not very appetizing either. Not sure why they wouldnt clean that up. However they do actually serve the food when they are open and it's edible so ig 1 star.

This a copy of the letter I sent to the survey email at the bottom of my receipt. We haven’t been impressed with the chain for quite awhile.
We had a very unpleasant experience at your store. We order our food via your kiosk at 12:37 on 12/22/2025. It was delivered incorrectly about 1:15 (missing coffee, missing burger, and wrong burger) I sent it back asking for the corrections. Those were delivered at 1:29. I told the girl in a sweatshirt, I assume manager, but no name tag that it took over 45 minutes to get our correct food. She replied with “ok” no apology, no offer of part return for meal nothing. I’ve not had such an unpleasant experience at a McDonalds.

It’s a hill billy show in here. Looking at the staff is entertainment at the finest McDonalds. Manager walking around in a denim outfit costume. Co manager walking around in crocs. It feels like you’ve entered the circus and enjoying the 30 minute wait with some free weird show.
