Such a great space and so accommodating with meals! They let us basically make.our own dish substituting risotto for a side...different seasonings in the Steaks and their portions are huge! Our waitress Remmi was a doll and so kind, helpful and attentive!

My partner and I went on a weekend getaway here and were not disappointed! It was easy to check in and access our room. The room was very clean and bright. All the bathroom fixtures and shower were in good condition and cleaned well. The carpet was in good condition and there were no stains. The bed sheets were extremely soft. My only cons to the room were that the pillows weren’t as soft as I personally like, and the hall light streamed in a bit as the bed position was right near the doorway. I like it really dark when I’m sleeping, but if you don’t mind a little bit of light, then it shouldn’t be a bother! The common area was also clean and provided natural light. The light refreshments and breakfast options were very convenient and provided a touch of comfort away from home. The housekeeper was very friendly and was always present in the morning. The main door automatically locks which provides a sense of security in an unfamiliar area.We also checked out the Sunday brunch at the restaurant. 10/10 on the food and presentation. Everything was fresh!Overall, we would recommend this place to any of our friends and family, and I’m looking forward to visiting again!

We had the most amazing micro-wedding reception at The Bond 1786 in April 2023. From start to finish, it couldn't have been more perfect. We booked the venue site unseen due to living out-of-state. The planning coordinator was very responsive and made the arrangements very easy and pleasant for us. We enjoyed selecting our menu and making some decor choices, and we were able to preview everything during a vacation in the area prior to the wedding. The private rooms used for our wedding were incredibly charming and exactly what we had envisioned for a small, intimate dinner reception. We were able to have a single table that fit all 17 of us perfectly. Jenny, the day-of coordinator at The Bond, had a wonderful eye for detail and was so committed to making our experience perfect and memorable. The decor was beautiful and everything, from the appetizers to the cake, was prepared and displayed elegantly. The wait staff were attentive to our needs. We were treated like royalty even though it was a very small event, which was unexpected but certainly very appreciated. Our wedding day was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very clean and very cute rooms. I have only stayed here in the winter and during snow storms but it's always quiet and beautiful. They have a cute little sun room with a continel breakfast that always has fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins and coffee/tea/juice. I've heard great things about the restaurant but I have not gone there, yet.

The Bond brunch on Sunday New Years Eve. The eggs were under cooked. They didn't have earl Grey tea. Worst of all it was so cold in the tavern that we had to eat with our coats on. Service was very slow. The food that was cook properly was good.

Had dinner here tonight for the first time. Bread came out stale and hard as a rock. We notified our server who brought new bread that was warm, fresh and delicious. Deviled eggs and spring roll appetizers were subpar however entree was delicious. I had the chicken florentine, tasty, seasoned well and presented great. Others in my party enjoyed a lobster roll which was fresh, steak and shrimp which was cooked a bit more rare than requested but overall tasty and honey glazed salmon which was fresh and tasty. Atmosphere is very very nice would have enjoyed if their fireplace was on. Could sit there for a few hours with some drinks if that were the case. Overall I would go back again and everyone stopping through should try.

Hotel vibe is definitely bed and breakfast. Your room key is left in a basket outside the front door. Can’t really call anyone to see if you can check in early. I tried calling twice before arrival because the email states check in is 3-5. I was arriving around 11am. Luckily my key was in the basket when I got there. Room was clean. I was disappointed to see there was no AC in the window as described when booking, glad it was a cool night to be able to leave the windows open. I was in town for a wedding & spent $200 for one night - I’d recommend for a couples getaway.

We heard about this place when we were looking for a wedding venue so we decided to go check it out and see what the service was like and see what the food was like etc. We met with our planner and ordered appetizers and drinks. The drinks and the food were absolutely incredible. I had a Moscow mule and my fiancé had a Manhattan. Perfect to wind down a crazy Thursday at work. The appetizers were the candied Brussel sprouts which were amazing and the deviled eggs which were also sooo good. Then I ordered the Shepherds pie and my fiancé ordered the Barbeque Braised short ribs. The entire experience blew our tastebuds away. My fiancé does not like to go out and eat because he is quite the chef, so when I saw he was highly impressed with the short ribs I knew this was the place to have our reception. Weeks later we went back for their Sunday Brunch, which they have every Sunday and it was nothing less than amazing. Our son said the the French toast sticks were "bussin' bussin' ", which means so good! He hammered them all. My fiancé and I are looking forward to our reception at The Bond in October and that planning process has been absolutely stress free. Ash is very accommodating and extremely gracious. This is by far, one of our favorite spots when we go out to eat. Mind you, it's an hour plus drive and totally worth it. Thank you, Ash and your staff for making our dining experience one to remember.

Arrived at 5pm and was told they sold out of short ribs. There was just another table besides us. The food took over an hour to come out on a Thursday evening. Can’t imagine the wait time on a busy night. The food was decent, even though I asked for my burger to be medium rare it came out drier than my eczema skin.
