Driving to NYC from Buffalo, we stopped for breakfast at 7 a.m. still waking up, my husband ordered our daughters' ice caps incorrectly & ordered iced coffee instead. Chloe had already prepared our coffees but my husband realized his mistake. He asked Chloe if she could make the ice caps instead. It was as if nothing had happened, she went about preparing them, I was pretty amazed at her calm demeanor. I apologized & she was very nice to say that it was no problem....
This place is amazing! I feel sorry for the dunkin across the street because I'm sure it doesn't even compare. We are from WV and I wish we had a Tim Horton's near us. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the food and coffee is very high quality. Good job!
I'm addicted to Tim Hortons donuts, bagles, and there other delicious side dishes. Your competitors like DD can not compare against Tim h. Your coffee is very good.
