One Oakland is fantastic! The atmosphere is so charming, the renovations are really special.

Food and atmosphere very good but I wish I knew that a protein smoothie was going to cost $16. Way overpriced - at least the smoothie was.
Found this place and ate breakfast here 3 of the 4 days we were in town. Absolutely adorable inside and food was so delicious. Fresh squeezed OJ!!

One Oakland is a small town place with good food and amazing staff. The food is top notch, with huge bowls, smoothies with fresh fruit, and omelettes cooked well. Many guests love the delicious food and friendly staff, returning again and again. It is a favorite spot to sit on the front porch, have a meal, and watch motorcycles. However, some reviews mention issues. When busy, tables are dirty and food is low quality. Coffee beans are burnt or stale, making coffee taste like an ashtray. Prices are high; one meal of a breakfast burrito and 2 coffees for 2 adults and 1 burrito for a child cost $60. Service can be horrible, with orders like chia bowls often messed up, and long waits to order even when empty. Overall, it is a place with good food and nice locals, but experiences vary.
