My husband and I recently moved to Highland Lakes 2 months ago so we're still getting use to the area and El Habanero was definitely worth checking out. First our server could not be any nicer ! The food YUM my husband loved his tacos and my burrito was delicious as well. We plan on going back to try more on the menu. Very cozy little restaurant to bring a date, friends or family to.
The food was GREAT! highly recommended coming here if you’re hungry. Me and my two friends were going to get pizza but saw this cute place and it sure did surprise us. Felt like I was home again with my moms cooking. Thank you guys!??

Adjust your expectations, this is a very simple local place, looks like a repurposed private home, and the menu is quite basic.
