Expect the unexpected here. And I mean that in a GOOD way. Chef Ari never does "usual." He's creative, talented and innovative. A perfect example is his Truffle Martini. I have never seen this anywhere else. It's fabulous! (Not heap, but a great celebration drink for special occasion!) He sears his foie gras to perfection. His Iberian Jamon is a delight. I won't even go into his beyond creamy and delightful homemade ice creams. This restaurant never fails...
I love bistro Ete Ari and Liz are amazing and make you feel at home the most amazing old-fashioned & dinner -- spectacular as well as my company Couldn't have asked for a better experience and food!
Whenever we are in the area we try to include dinner at Bistro Ete on the to-do list. Food is top notch all the way to the homemade ice cream, service is thoughtful and when we let them know of our food allergies with every food set on our table we are told that it does not have nuts.
