First time at No.1 and it is by far the BEST Chinese takeout I've had in the Hamptons - I've been to the one in East Hampton, Wainscott, Sag Harbor, 2 in Southampton but THIS is finally it. The Chicken & Broccoli was great and plentiful. Other places, the chicken isn't cooked well/feels slimey. Lots of chicken and cooked properly here. The egg roll was really fat and filled. Very nice! From the moment you enter that place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a nice place to go out with your friends or with your date. delightful meals, skillful chef, modest price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Every time I’ve ordered food from here it’s been great, consistently good each time. Everything is always full of flavor, the portions are generous and the prices are great too! The restaurant is always clean and everyone is friendly. If you’re looking for a good Chinese takeout spot out east I recommend No. 1 Chinese
