Closed before the hours on the doors and web, went out of our way to get food before our canping trip in green mountain forest Vermont. the employees were sat at a table the could be seen through the drive through window eating.

Went to this McDonald's to get dinner with my family one of the employee's had very loud music playing on her phone with very inappropriate language especially for a family establishment then we had a coupon for a free meal was told we couldn't use it cause the manager didn't want to do her job then finally get our food everything was cold and just absolutely terrible I would not recommend eating at this location

Guy at the front counter was very polite and considerate. I saw someone get annoyed at him and he kept his composure and stayed professional. I would say it was a good McDonalds experience.

I came in to the drive thru 30 minutes before McDonald’s closes. I placed a mobile order before this about 10 minutes before I showed up. I sat at the speaker for about 25 minutes and no one took my order other cars pulled off because they were having the same issue. We fiugred they closed early but that wasn't the case. We eventually just pulled up to the window and seen an employee just standing there playing “catch” instead of answering the headset and making our order. We finally got helped at the window after them having to unlock the window and waited about 20 more minutes for our order to be ready when we placed it about 30 minutes ago and had no one ahead of us waiting either. While we were waiting we saw even more cars leave because they were not getting helped even though it wasn’t closed yet. I understand if it was like 10 minutes before closing but we had 30 minutes left to order and we placed it ahead of time for it to be ready. I’m very disappointed I come to this McDonald’s all the time and never have any issues like this seems like it’s the new staff.

If you want McDonald’s find another store!!!
I’ll keep this review brief unlike my visit. I arrived for a DoorDash order with only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. Two younger employees are screaming and what looks like playing in the parking lot. No car has moved, no order has been taken, and all I can assume is that this store lacks professionalism and a sense of urgency that makes McDonald’s “Fast Food”

Worst McDonald's there is never gets your orders right then when you tell them your food is wrong they give you attitude IDC how much my grandkids beg me to go I refuse to spend my hard earned money there ever again an the disappointment on my grandkids face when they finally get there happy meals to look in there for the toy that suppose to come with the happy meal which is zootopia right to get a book smh unbelievable I'm done I have argued with the management team there a lot over there crew an lack of items I swear they will never get a nickel out of me for the rest of my life

Workers should use gloves, Not just the sandwich makers and fry cooks. Watched the female manager grab money from window, give change, then grab the frys with no gloves palmed them into the bag!😫 Immediate turn off.

I really want to like this place, but they constantly mess things up... this time was forgetting food, and door dash stickering my bags closed, both inside bags (3 fries in one, nuggets and sandwiches in the other) and the outside bags. i get making mistakes, but every time they forget something. one time they took my order in drive thru. by the time I got to the window, they had lost my order. I was told it be a 20 minute wait. on top of the half hour I waited in the line.

Terrible experience.
Ordered breakfast using mobile app at 10:24am.
Proceeded to the speaker and order board, sat and waited for at least five minutes, no one said anything through the speaker or acknowledge that we were there whatsoever, I saw the car at the next soeaker over pull up, so I thought maybe there was something wrong with the speaker we were at so I followed them up to the money window to tell them my order number there. Right away the woman opens the window snidely saying “we don’t have your order”. I said I have my order number and confirmation from the app that shows that I placed my order. She said “well you didn’t Wait for me to speak to you at the order microphone,” I said that we were sitting there for five minutes and no one said anything, she then said that well we are very busy up here so you needed to wait, I said I just drove up here after the car next to me just so I can let you know that I had a mobile order since no one was saying anything at the original order speaker, she said “well that’s not my fault, you’re gonna have to go back around the building and speak to me through the microphone,” I said well it’s not my fault either that you never acknowledged us so I drove up here, she proceeded to slam the Window closed And turned her back towards me for several minutes. She opened the window again, saying that it wasn’t her problem that I didn’t wait at the speaker, I said well it’s not our problem either, I just spent over $40 on food and now you’re telling me that I have to go get back in line in order to get it what I’ve already ordered and paid for. She then slammed the window shut again, then she was standing in there arguing with a manager for a few minutes and eventually the manager finally opened the window. I explained what happened, so then she proceeded to say well I’m sorry, but it’s after 10:30am and all of the breakfast food has been thrown away. I said well what about my $40 she said well you can ask for a refund on the app. And that was it. Nowhere on the app did I see where to get the refund so I had to Google it to find out where to search on the app to put in for the refund, I finally was able to do it thankfully. I have never had such a lousy experience at a McDonald’s or any other drive-through in my life. Usually, they are pleasant and kind, but this woman was just bitter from the start.
Here’s some advice,
If you are so backed up that you don’t have time to speak to the people waiting at the speaker, the least you can do is ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER! Simply greet them with a quick “good morning, we will be right with you.” That way the customer doesn’t have to sit there wondering what is going on.

Also, if 10:24am is too late to place a breakfast order, that should be stated on the app and the order should not be accepted.

BUFFALO WOMAN

This McDonald’s does the area no justice. Food is never well prepared. Too many shortcuts are taken fries are always undone, employees drench the burgers with mustard and ketchup. Made to order is refried in grease. And I blame it on bad management. New managers horrible.
