“We had a funeral June 28 2025 in Waterford and the day before the family decided on having a luncheon after the services. We didn’t think we would find a place and on Graduation weekend made the odds more against it, My husband Tom and Brother in Law Keith stopped in McGrieveys and Terry said he could accommodate us. ( even though we didn’t know how many people.). Terry went above and beyond taking orders, bartending, and bringing out the food. We Thank you Terry and McGrieveys staff for accommodating us on such short notice and a difficult day for our family. The Brown family”

“We went to Norrine's for dinner last night and it's definitely a "do over"! I got the stacked fried haddock. It's out of this world! Our waitress Kathy was very accommodating and very funny. We never laughed so hard!Our entire dining party was impressed with everything. Kudos to the chef. We will be back! Five Star for sure!”

“My phone wouldn't let.me scan the bar code to complete the survey yesterday but a review is definitely necessary. First time at.the Troy location. I had honey bbq wings for an appetizer. Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.”

My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!”

I will ask for him next time we come and if you’re able to request a server, request him. They were also very kind to put the football game on the tv. The food was great as always. “My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.”

Sweet, bubbly personality, great recommendations, and attentive without hovering. Food was awesome. Shrimp ceviche, Birria fries, and burritos were all delicious. Large portions.
