Ordered ahead after working a 15 hour shift. About 830pm. Only pick up option was drive thru. Got there and the cars were backed up. Have them my code. Sat there for about 15 minutes before exhaustion and hunger got the best of me. I just wanted a quick bite before I went home got 6 hours of sleep and had to be to work again. I ordered from the app and when I received my food I was missing my fries even though it said it on the receipt. My Big Mac tasted like it was sitting around and the bun was not fresh at all
Guy at the front counter was very polite and considerate. I saw someone get annoyed at him and he kept his composure and stayed professional. I would say it was a good McDonalds experience.
