“This Waterford location made my day! I wasn’t having the best day and picked up my daughter from school and went to the closest McDonalds. Staff was great,food was great, and the location was actually super clean. The manager Marwa, was super patient with my daughter (who took so long to decide what she wanted) she gave us suggestions when we didn’t know what to get and I’m so glad I trusted her! Food was great, costumer service was a 10/10!!“

“My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.“

The young people that work behind the counter are always polite and courteous. My father picked them up, and from the first bite it was clear that a lot of care goes into how they are prepared. They were tossed in just the right amount of sauce, giving them great flavor without overpowering the texture of the wing itself. “Second visit update: So I returned for dinner with a friend of mine and we ordered the shrimp tacos appetizer, sea bass with risotto with cheese and potatoes entree, the cod fish Reuben sandwich entree and the crème brûlée. Sea bass had too much salt but everything else was okay. Our final bill was just under $100 so this place honestly seems too expensive to drop in often as I had originally hoped. I recently moved to the area and have been meaning to try this place for ever since I moved here. Tonight is one of the first warm nights of this spring and I was in the mood for a non-alcoholic beer and fries. So I walked around to peek at the top 5 Yelp choices for bar restaurants near me. One across the street I already went too in the past and it was all college students but this place Emry’s was more my vibe and most importantly it’s not brightly lit like the other nearby bar restaurants. Service was some of the best because they properly staff the bar here so no waiting forever to order and they all were very attentive. Lastly, I’m usually not a big fan of skinny French fries but these were freshly cut hand made (not frozen) and you can really taste the difference. Honestly the French fries here are some of the best I have had anywhere. This is now my go to local spot!“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“We recently approached the owner of Sammy Cohens (Lisa) with a last minute request to host a small wedding at their restaurant. We will never regret that decision!!!! Lisa met with the Future Bride and Groom, helped them with menu items, decor for the banquet room and worked with them to plan their wedding and reception with less than a weeks notice!!! They prepared the room which looked beautiful, arranged for two servers (Courtney and Will: Love them both to pieces), who were beyond amazing, set up a trellis for a backdrop, decorated the tables and served the MOST amazing food! The experience from the first phone call to the end of the reception was picture perfect! Every single guest commented how great the food was and how beautiful the banquet room looked. Lisa could not have done more for us, she was excited for us and treated us like family. She met with the bride and groom two times before the wedding to ensure everything would be as they hoped, and checked in on the venue. And.....her prices were absolutely amazing!! We have a wonderful gift sitting right here in Schaghticoke and we are lucky to have a nice restaurant where we can go out and eat locally, and it is owned by someone who not only cares about the community, but each individual person who approaches her with a special (and very last minute) request. Lisa, you made their wedding day a perfect memory in their lives!!!“
