“This Waterford location made my day! I wasn’t having the best day and picked up my daughter from school and went to the closest McDonalds. Staff was great,food was great, and the location was actually super clean. The manager Marwa, was super patient with my daughter (who took so long to decide what she wanted) she gave us suggestions when we didn’t know what to get and I’m so glad I trusted her! Food was great, costumer service was a 10/10!!“

“My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.“

“All the employees at Jack’s are super good looking, hands down — I enjoyed my time there with my Indian brothers way too much. 😏 The vibes were immaculate, the staff was serving looks and service, and I was fully ready to order seconds… if you know what I mean.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because someone hyped up their chicken biryani and they didn’t have it. Me and my Indian brothers had to bounce over to Indian Flame instead — and honestly, that biryani was delicious as hell. But Jack’s still got me thirsting for a return visit.

“I recently tried the Chicken Shawarma at Pizza Lab, and it exceeded my expectations! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The fresh vegetables and delicious sauce complemented the wrap perfectly. Great portion size, quick service, and excellent quality. “The bar & restaurant is an awesome place inside - super comfortable & welcoming - the food is FANTASTIC and so is the beer. (I haven't tried them all yet, but I'll work on it.) “Outside of this place.. Not such a beautiful part of Troy.. Inside, definitely a vibe. Its sweet and homey, the waiter was an absolute doll, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely advise making a reservation because they do clearly book up fast. My only nit pick is that did take a bit for the food to come out.. We got the appetizer at the same time as our entre but we at least were still on time for our event we were going to.“

“I am very happy with my order. I ripped into the bag as soon as I got in my car. I grabbed some of the fries. They were so fresh and delicious!!!! I was doing a happy dance at the red light. I opened my burger and it looked so good. I took a bit and it was tasty. The meat was seasoned perfectly. The bun was fresh and soft. I’ll be going back to try the chicken soon.“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“I recently had the chance to try the chicken wings from your establishment for the first time, and I have to say they were absolutely outstanding. My father picked them up, and from the first bite it was clear that a lot of care goes into how they are prepared. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and fried to exactly the right level. They were tossed in just the right amount of sauce, giving them great flavor without overpowering the texture of the wing itself. Chicken wings are one of those foods that are surprisingly difficult to get just right, but these were done with clear precision. The balance of crispiness, seasoning, and sauce made them some of the best wings I’ve had in a long time. Every bite was flavorful and consistent, which really stood out. This was my first time trying anything from your menu, and after such a great experience with the wings, I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more of what you offer. “Visited Red Robin around 3 PM on a weekday, and more than half of the restaurant was empty, so there was no wait for a table, which was nice.

Customer service was great and I had no complaints at all with the staff. The food was good and came out as expected. It’s pretty standard, generic chain-restaurant food, but if you like Red Robin, you know what you’re getting.

There’s also plenty of parking, which makes the location convenient.

I believe the owner or manager was there training a new employee we were there. He was nice and patient with us. Service was good.

“We recently approached the owner of Sammy Cohens (Lisa) with a last minute request to host a small wedding at their restaurant. We will never regret that decision!!!! Lisa met with the Future Bride and Groom, helped them with menu items, decor for the banquet room and worked with them to plan their wedding and reception with less than a weeks notice!!! They prepared the room which looked beautiful, arranged for two servers (Courtney and Will: Love them both to pieces), who were beyond amazing, set up a trellis for a backdrop, decorated the tables and served the MOST amazing food! The experience from the first phone call to the end of the reception was picture perfect! Every single guest commented how great the food was and how beautiful the banquet room looked. Lisa could not have done more for us, she was excited for us and treated us like family. She met with the bride and groom two times before the wedding to ensure everything would be as they hoped, and checked in on the venue. And.....her prices were absolutely amazing!! We have a wonderful gift sitting right here in Schaghticoke and we are lucky to have a nice restaurant where we can go out and eat locally, and it is owned by someone who not only cares about the community, but each individual person who approaches her with a special (and very last minute) request. Lisa, you made their wedding day a perfect memory in their lives!!!“

“Great place for a mid-afternoon meal. Some great ambience and menu choices. I only wish they were around other areas so I could taste more of the food. They had a macaroni and cheese flight that looked awesome. Only downside was the rosemary fries were soggy.“

“I visited this store on Wednesday night around 10:00 PM. It was extremely busy, with a constant flow of customers and online orders. The store had a great atmosphere, and it was clear that the demand was very high.

What surprised me the most was that only two employees were managing everything. I visit this location about three times a week, and I often notice the same situation. Despite being understaffed, they handled every customer professionally, stayed calm under pressure, and provided excellent service. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, but it was definitely worth the wait because the food was fresh and well prepared.

I would like to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the employees. They are doing an amazing job despite the heavy workload. However, I strongly recommend that management increase the number of staff during busy hours. Additional employees would help reduce wait times and improve the overall customer experience.

One of the reasons people choose this restaurant is because they know their food is usually prepared quickly. Long waiting times can reduce customer satisfaction and eventually lead to disappointment. As someone who has also seen restaurants lose customers because of long delays, I understand how important it is to maintain fast service while delivering quality food.
