Guy at the front counter was very polite and considerate. I saw someone get annoyed at him and he kept his composure and stayed professional. I would say it was a good McDonalds experience.
This Waterford location made my day! I wasn’t having the best day and picked up my daughter from school and went to the closest McDonalds. Staff was great,food was great, and the location was actually super clean. The manager Marwa, was super patient with my daughter (who took so long to decide what she wanted) she gave us suggestions when we didn’t know what to get and I’m so glad I trusted her! Food was great, costumer service was a 10/10!!
Brought my kids here for lunch, it was my first time at this location but definitely won’t be my last! The staff was very attentive, and we received top notch customer service. I asked to speak to the manager to compliment the service and I spoke to Marwa, who’s demeanor made me want to make the Waterford location my go to spot. Props to her for running such a wonderful team and always keeping a smile on her face.
