Classic drive-in diner with solid food and service. Had a hamburger and fries along with a malt milkshake. Everything was great. If you’re visiting the area, definitely stop by here for a throwback experience and good food.

First time eating there today and enjoyed all of it. Prices are good, fresh cut fries (not frozen). Burgers had flavor and did not taste like they were from a frozen box. Food cooked to order. Frosted mug root-beer was full of flavor. Shakes were thick. Will be back again! Also, CASH ONLY!!!

Mac's is closed now until Spring of 2025. Ask me then. I love going here. It's an easy place to belly up to the bar or table. Great Root Beer ( It's Richardson's Root Beer!)

My one gripe with this place is that the open times are inconsistent with their actual times and I'm unable to know when they close for the season.

Food lacked flavor, portions were small for the price. Everything was made from frozen food. The Servers are also the Cooks which creates a huge issue with proper sanitization. They are clearing dirty tables then using their bare hands to grab fries and throw them in the fryer basket. Everything behind the counter was coated in grease and grime. Rootbear float was good. Our bill was $90 for two adults and three kids.
Not like I remember it and I have been in the area my whole life. The prices are great, that’s a plus. Sloppy, tasteless fries. Waited forever, and had to ask twice for drinks that were forgotten. Please put lids on drinks, it’s just a suggestion. Especially if you want to leave them on the tray car side.

I grew up next door to Mac’s Drive-in! This was across the street from George’s Market, not the current location. A huge tree fell on the restaurant while we were home. Great people and food!

We love going here. Personally I think the burgers are the best thing on the menu, drinks thought vanilla malt is great, can’t go wrong with refreshing soda either. THEY ARE ONLY CASH so come prepared. There is an ATM but it’s a $3 and some change fee. Worth it tho food is good.
