Had lunch there yesterday and it was terrible. One waitress for the entire restaurant who worked her tail off but could hardly keep up. Ordered a reuben sandwich that had thick, uneatable pieces of very tough corn beef. Could not eat it! Told the waitress and she said she would tell the cook but didn’t take it back. We won’t be going back!
Food was amazing, very busy waitress had an attitude, very rude
We have been to Star Diner many times over the years. We went Monday, February 9 at 6:44 pm. The waitress was very young and more interested in her phone than us. We received menus immediately but waited and waited for her to take our order. Finally my husband just got up and went to the salad bar at which point he asked the waitress if she could take my order. After she got off her phone she took my order.
