Horrible food, tastes old doors just opened for lunch too. Then when they brought out fresh food they only brought out enough for 2 people. Place looked dirty and run down. Very pricey

The floors were disgusting, they had a pile of dirty dishes just sitting by the tables they were so empty it didnt make sense why they werent washed. Most of the food looked questionable. Like it had been sitting out for days. Tables were dirty.

My family and I went there around 2 pm, the service was horible as soon as we got there the waitress immediately forgot we ordered 2 sprites, a Mountain Dew and 3 iced teas. The waitress brought 1 sprite, 4 Mountain Dews, 2 Iced teas and one of them didn't have any ice. The food bar itself was almost empty. They brought out buttered spaghetti noodles rather than lo main. All of the dressings were room temperature. The food was dry. Upon dessert I discovered a cream puff was filled with mold and a bite was taken out of it. We told the waitress and she said "They were delivered yesterday." The entire time the staff was arguing and they even had the nerve to charge us $65.00 for 2 adults and 4 kids.

A group of us (8) stopped in this place to get a late lunch on our way home from Seneca Lake State park this Fri. No other diners were there, just us. A woman greeted us and guided us to a few tables slid together. My first impression was the place was not the cleanest it could have been. The tables were sticky, and the glass partitions which separated the different areas were smeared with fingerprints and looked like they needed a good cleaning with Windex. I took a quick survey of the buffet food and it was obvious they had not replenished it after the earlier lunch crowd. Two large dish carts piled high with dirty dishes were about 2ft awayfrom the buffet. Spying that I was inspecting the availble food, the hostess says " oh don't worry he bring more food out ". We all said ok, because everyone was famished. Well, to get to the point I will tell you that stay only brought out more fried rice and one other dish, everything else was not replenished, looked like it had been sitting there several hours with some areas pretty empty. When I I literally sat down at the table and took a good look around I will honestly say this place was filthy. The sneeze guards over the food were not as clean as they should be and the sides of the buffets were smeared with old food in some places. The desert buffet had been picked over with hardly anything left on it and the ones that were left looked pretty dried out. We asked the hostess if they would give us the lunch price but they refused. Today about 18 hours later I am doubled over with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have no proof but I will bet that it is from their food. 😟 Oh yeah, on top of all that, there's no air conditioning! but they said we could use the stand fan they had in the corner if we got hot... gee thanks.

Went tonight for dinner, around 5:30. Most of the food in the warmers looked like it was leftover from lunch. Husband got an eggroll, labeled as veggie and it had raw pork in it. They apparently ran out of lo mein noodles, because when they refilled it, it was spaghetti noodles with no flavor. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like a bouncy ball it was so rubbery. They have gone downhill this year.

The fried rice tasted like soap, the lo mein had no taste at all, the wonton soup was reduced to a few wontons stuck to the pan and the iced tea was light brown water. Only decent thing in the whole "restaurant" was fresh sliced watermelon.

I come here often the prices are good the food is fresh, same waitress every time I come in. They have all the traditional Chinese American style foods and once in a while they even go a little extra and make a more authentic dish. An example would be kimchi, which I really liked but I would imagine not enough people in the area liked it enough for them to keep it on the salad bar. Overall a great place to bring the whole family and very kid friendly.

I think this place may have changed management. They have more options than a year ago. However, the food is always just warm.

Our family passed by and was late, and decided to go to the cafeteria here. Because they are closing soon, but they are still very warm and entertaining us to feel warm, they are not afraid to tired to cook our own good food to add to us. My little son is very happy to eat. He also said that he had the best Chinese food this month. He is very popular and very grateful to them. He is very friendly and is worth recommending.
