Pat's is our new favorite in Seneca Falls/Waterloo! The supreme stromboli was fresh, warm, and had a great blend of flavors. I also loved how they quartered it for easier eating. Nothing was greasy or left a queasy feeling which can happen sometime with poor ingredients in a pizza shop and these guys don't cut corners on ingredients! Just had the best calzone ever! The dough is nice and light, not tough and chewy like many others. The ricotta and mozzarella were just right, and the meat was tasty and well proportioned. A wonderful surprise! (Just edited to correct a typo.)Note about the picture — that’s just half of the calzone! Quite a good value, too.
