2 hours for delivery on a Thursday evening is unacceptable. Called and said they only have one driver. Pizza place running out of pepperoni? Arrived cold. What the heck! Do better guys! This place is usually very good. Hope management sees this and makes some changes.

Called at 4:10pm and asked if they delivered to my Address and the man said yes and asked me if I wanted to order. I said no because our company had not arrived. I called back at 5:21 with a big order and the lady said they don't deliver to my address. I will never order

I placed my first order with Pat’s pizzeria 1/1/24. I ordered a large chicken wing pizza and a large salad with ham/turkey. When I placed the order I was told the cost of this order was 47.00 and it would be delivered 25-30 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I placed a call to the store to inquire about my order…….. I was told it left the store and should arrive in the next 5 minutes. After 20 more minutes my order arrives and the pizza was cold and for 50.00 I was given a awful pizza! I placed a call to discuss this only to be told there was nothing they could do as they lacked drivers. I then emailed my concerns with no follow up. I would bypass this pizzeria if you like quality food and decent customer service! Complete fail for me and never again! I will be sure to pass this information on to my family and friends.

Pat's is our new favorite in Seneca Falls/Waterloo! The supreme stromboli was fresh, warm, and had a great blend of flavors. I also loved how they quartered it for easier eating. Nothing was greasy or left a queasy feeling which can happen sometime with poor ingredients in a pizza shop and these guys don't cut corners on ingredients! Highly recommend and we can wait to try more of their menu. Marcel and his colleague wearing a Chiefs hat (I know, I know, but we can't hold that against him!) we're both friendly and kind when I picked up my order!Vegetarian options: There are basic salads and items on the menu without meat!
