Bar seating was wide open when I arrived. Picked up around 9PM. Food came out quick and was good.

So I paid $10 for chicken tortilla soup and had it delivered through Uber eats. How would they still charge $10 for this??!! I KNOW their soup bowls are bigger than this! Lesson learned. They don’t have to deal with an unhappy customer when it’s through a delivery company so why not do things like this?? Smh I won’t be ordering the soup anymore.

Went today and needless to say our server definitely wasn’t the nicest she acted bothered when asked for a fresh warm cup of coffee that we got Luke warm, we waited at least 35 minutes for food that came out almost cold, she wasn’t friendly at all.

Upon arrival, the restaurant was not busy. We were seated in a booth and began reviewing the menu to decide on our order. I observed at least five staff members working the floor. Every single one made eye contact with us and had to walk around our toddler — yet not one acknowledged our presence. No one greeted us, offered water, or took a drink order. The only thing on our table was the menu.

One server approached the table next to us just as the guests were leaving, asked if they needed anything, made eye contact with us, and then walked away without saying a word. The other servers did the same — walked past us, looked directly at us, and continued on without acknowledging we were there.

Even a simple, “We’ll be with you shortly” or “Let me grab your server” would have made a difference. But we received absolutely no communication. After waiting without any service and with a hungry toddler growing restless, we decided to leave.

As we were walking out, the manager noticed us and kindly stopped to speak with us. She was the only one who displayed any sense of hospitality — and I genuinely appreciate that. However, it’s clear the team needs coaching in basic customer service and situational awareness.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this restaurant to my soldiers or anyone in my formation — especially those with families. Communication is not difficult. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way.

And to be clear: we didn’t cause a scene. We quietly and respectfully walked out.

Friendly service. Drink order was taken and brought promptly. Tasty and quick appetizers. Entrees were served hot. The food was good and restaurant was clean. A good value especially if you order off the 2 for $25 menu. Lots of other well priced options too.

We ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Penne as part of the 2 for 28 deal along with 2 other meals. It didn’t come out to the table with the other three and when it did, it had no cheese sauce at all. Just dry noodles. We sent it back and didn’t get a new meal until after everyone was done eating so we asked for it to go. When the bill came it showed the 2 for 28, added the three cheese chicken and then comped it. When i asked the waitress she said that’s how system had to work in order to request the remake and that she would have the manager come talk to us. The manager came over and spoke very condescending repeating herself that it was because they remade the meal. I said I would have thought they would ACTUALLY comped the meal since we had to take it to go. She said I was throwing the money at her when I said id just pay and leave. I actually had to tell her “I dont want to argue with you”. She continued to be belittling. Upon returning with our change she was very rude. When we got home the meal was even worse than the one in restaurant. This one still had no sauce and now the chicken is BLACK. See the attached photos. One shows the menu and what it SHOULD look like and the other is what we got. This occurred 7/23/2025 around 1pm. SHAME ON THAT “MANAGER”. DO BETTER APPLEBEES.

One of my best experiences at an Applebee's. The atmosphere was great, our server Michael L. was so friendly. Chatted with our kids and just made the whole time fun. The food was the best, they definitly know how to cook a steak as my husbands was cooked to perfection. I had the Fiesta lime Chicken and Michael even got the cook to add more ranch since I mentionned it's so delicious. We fed our family of 5 for less than 65$ for an amazing meal with entrée and our drinks ( pop, but still) We drive down from Canada just to go eat there!
