I enjoy eating at Arby’s, but today’s experience was excellent-due to the wonderful service I received from Brigette. She was efficient and very personable. I would definitely come back again!!

The food was what I would expect from an Arby's. The only issue was with the condiment center. It wasn't stocked, so we had to resort to putting ketchup on soda fountain lids and in our sandwich containers.

Usually a good atmosphere but on the day I went with my daughter the crew seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. The manager had a nasty attitude she was Spanish. I go in about 2 to 3 times a month and spend 50 or more dollars.

One of the more underrated fast food stops in town. Line is usually not long and quick to get through. Food is always fresh and tasty. Don't sleep on the market fresh menu, the roast turkey sandwich doesn't skimp on the toppings and they use really good bread - a great meal option if you want something slightly better for you than fried everything. Curly fries are the best. Buffalo chicken sliders are great if you want a snack and the jamocha shake is the best milkshake going of any fast food place.

It's fast food. But, gotta give them 5 stars because the workers were polite, we got the food we ordered (including enough sauces), it was hot and yummy as always.
We love the menu variety at Arby's in Watertown. Our last visit was "to go" and the service was excellent. After our long drive home, we did have to re-heat our sandwiches, but they were still good. The Arby's "Beef'n'Cheddar" is an all-time favorite!

Arby's food is just not what it used to be. There is nothing wrong with this Arby's. There was a goof up in the order but they fixed it. It was assembled very sloppy. I'll eat there again but not as a regular.
