north country grounds is my favorite place to stop and study or meet up with friends for coffee/smoothie bowls! I try a different bowl most times I go and can say I have never been disappointed! I’m so excited to come back and get the apple pie bowl however since that was my favorite last fall! the service here is great! all the workers are friendly and helpful when you have questions and the owner is super sweet! the atmosphere is super cozy and comfortable and I always love the music playing! 10/10 recommend especially for students looking for a cozy place to study with good food and coffee!

The best chai latte I’ve ever had! And I am a picky chai latte person. It had a great chai taste with the oat milk and the hot chai made this colder rainy day more bearable. Thanks.

I recently went to North Country Grounds Cafe's newest location on Coffeen St. I already knew I liked the building because we've dined at Canteen a lot. The location and parking are so convenient and the facility is very clean. The Cafe is a wonderful addition! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I'm so grateful for the dairy-free options on the menu. I had a key lime pie smoothie bowl (excellent) and a vegan strawberry scone (delicious). I also enjoyed their iced chai latte. They have a variety of milk alternatives. I can't wait to go back!

Love this place love the food the people the music all of it. Iv been eating here back when they were by Maggie’s on the river never once have I had a bad experience A few of my friends I bring here have different food related things like lactose intolerance or vegetarian and they are so accommodating

Recently moved to the area and LOVE this spot. Right off Coffeen st with plenty of parking around. Friendly staff that make yummy bowls and coffee! They have seasonal specials that have never disappointed. SALTED CARAMEL BOWL (Spring Special) is so so good! Cute vibes inside with plenty of seating and good music. 10/10

Cute, clean cafe with amazing smoothie bowls! We made a stop off the thruway for a lighter lunch and were so happy with what we got. I got the spring special Lemony Lemon smoothie bowl and my husband got the Monkey smoothie bowl, both were so delicious, refreshing and filling. The coffees were great as well. I got a mocha, made with house made mocha and he got a latte.

Very Very Rude, I called up to ask about their menu Bc their website displayed 3 items and nothing else. I didn’t catch this lady’s name however, she appeared she couldn’t explain any item that they had. She rushed me off the phone and said to me, “look it up online”, and if I had any questions call them back. I was conflicted and said, this is what I’m doing & ask could she tell me about their bowls they have. She laughed in my ear & said I am sorry but I am the only one on register & hung up on me.
I am in complete devastation. If I can’t be respected over a phone line then, I wouldn’t expect anything more coming from this business. The interaction alone is, highly discouraging & turned off. They just lost a customer & I will make it known to anyone this place isn’t accommodating or, pleasant to visit under any circumstances.
Lastly if, it were possible, I wouldn’t give this place any stars whatsoever.
I’m sure what they’re serving I could make it myself with love and not have to deal with someone’s negative attitude.

great coffee, very friendly staff, and hash browns were so good i reached in the bag for more to only be disappointed because i had already eaten them all so apparently i need two orders of them next time 🤣
