We had a server named CJ. Her service was one of the best I’ve ever had. She paid attention to detail and showed genuine care and patience with us because we were out eating with toddlers. Additionally, all of her menu suggestions were amazing. The buffalo chicken dip was delicious alongside the salted caramel Espresso martini. CJ is also knowledge about the rewards program and gave us guidance on how to sign up. I’d highly recommend this location and CJ’s service.

Service is fast and attentive, especially during game nights, and the large TVs make it easy to follow any sport you’re into. Food would have been better if it wasn't cold. My wife was schocked at the state of the bathroom. It took over 15mins before a Server took our drink order. The Server was professional and apologized. We were told they were understaffed when we were there but there seemed to be a lot of employees hanging out by the entrance.

Buffalo wild wings watertown is a joke they hold wings in a warme and re fried and boneless wings in warmers for over a hour.your burgers are cooked on a grill that dosent get scraped off all night! IM taking them to court for defamation of character the food there is below positive grade

Cheesesteak is too small. Blazin sauce is NOT hot enough. I should be tryin to walk away from my food, this aint that. Bein able to watch top sportin events makes the visit worth it.

Ordered pick up as I waited for my food which was running late as they were busy no big deal… what completely grossed me out was watching a manger in the kitchen with no gloves touching peoples food then messing with her hair then rub her hands on her jeans and then right back to touching peoples food. I cancelled my order and left.

Very disappointed Chicken wings bone in. Dry. French fries. Cool. Not hot. Ultimate nachos. Alot of chip. Hardly cheese. Bathroom: not clean and I was there at 11:30am. Papertowel garbage can over flowing. Toilets had bowel movement smudges. Overall disappointed
Ordered two hours ahead and arrived on the scheduled time and still had to wait almost a half hour. Great food but some priorities are getting jumbled along the way I think...

Granted, the wings were good. My burger came with black, burnt bacon so it made the burger taste burnt. That was the first time I have ever been here. Not sure if I will return. Sorry. Plus the menu was a little confusing.
