Granted, the wings were good. My burger came with black, burnt bacon so it made the burger taste burnt. That was the first time I have ever been here. Not sure if I will return. Sorry. Plus the menu was a little confusing.

We stopped in for a quick lunch on our way back from the Finger lakes.
Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and attentive, and we were impressed with the wings and deep fried pickles. Their hottest sauce has got great flavour and a good Kick!

Where do I start? Sat down in a booth and the seat was dirty. It was like they just wiped the crumbs off the table onto the seats. So they switched out booths. The second one we had was ok but didn’t “feel clean” but looked clean.
I really don’t know if it’s was just an off night or a new cook that had no idea how to cook, the bone in wings were dry and leathery. Almost tasted like they were cooked yesterday and just thrown into a microwave and reheated. GROSS! Completely un-edible. They did take it off the bill so that is appreciated. The fries were cold and stale when they came out. They replaced them and it was better second time but still terrible. I ordered boneless and it was taking so long that I ask it to go and then the waitress instead of bringing my bill when I said I had to go she started talking this huge parties order 10 people..
I’ve eaten at several BWW across the country and this one was by far one of the worst!
I’m not going to be back up here to see if it changes as I’m just visiting my son that’s in the army.
This place definitely needs some training and higher quality and standards.. extremely disappointed..☹️

Placed an order for delivery waited over an hour for my order to be completed so it could be delivered called the store an all they could say was they were extremely busy bet if I was in store I wouldn’t have had to wait that long

Got here at 6, food came out at 730 cold. Severely understaffed, poor waitress had to run around apologizing nonstop while the forced her to continue to take more orders while they stacked up

For what we ordered and what we received was ridiculous. I ordered parm. garlic boneless and the sauce tasted like they mixed in a whole salt Shaker full. We did tell server she took back and gave me naked ones with sauce on side and I couldn't even chew it spit it out on my plate even my niece said way to much salt and the Mac and cheese I ordered tasted like paste. Over all it was the worse place to eat. Oh yeah the server said the manager was coming over and that never happened. We asked for the check and had to wait wait wait finally we left cash on the table and left

Absolutely amazing service tonight. I got the endless apps, totally worth the $10 and our waitress, I didn't catch her name but she had the red hair. She was absolutely wonderful! Definitely one of the best waitresses I've ever had. Definitely recommend going there!
