It's rare to 5star fast food but this location was exceptional imo. The OCS was crispy, hot and had just the right amount of mayo and the lettuce was actually crunchy. The fries werw cookes just right and no extra salt was needed. Ordered inside so I could redeem a survey coupon. (There's got to be a way to add it to the app so i coyld gwt crowns foe the rest of my order ) The staff was really impressive as to how polite they were to not only to customers but also to each other. The two young men at the counter made me feel like I was at chick fila lol. Thank you for such a great experience. You rule 😉👑

Specifically said what we wanted in the order, but someone who rung our food didn't put/ring it in correctly as we only had 1 correct sandwich out of 3. The other 2 were not right, and we only found out when we got home. Annoyed.

Every single time without fail they mess up my order. If you order something without toppings they do not care your getting the toppings it’s obviously deliberate as this has been happening for a year now.

Very slow service, the BK big fish should be called the BK slim fish. Barely and fish in the big bun. Can hardly taste the fish. Way overpriced for what you get.
