I'd like to go to Burger King and get something quick fast and hot and around right in the middle of the city it's great there's nothing better anywhere else in the world I guess. Typical fast food is delicious but it'll sit kind of heavy in your stomach

I went there yesterday to have a meal and I asked for the code to use the Bathroom and I was told that nobody was allowed to use the Bathroom by the women behind the register at approx 9:40pm.

You get what you pay for at Burger King. YOU RULE at Burger King. The employees here are extremely generous and willing to help cut a deal if you can’t afford certain items. I highly recommend this Burger King to anyone in the Watertown, Nee York area. The food is always crashed and nicely cooked to perfections. Another shout out to the employees, thank you for helping me get the food that I need. The overall store is generally clean. Nice tables, seats, and bathroom.Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper is my favorite. Great flavor and texture!Parking: Nice parking area around the building. Always has several spots available.Kid-friendliness: Always stocked with kids toys. Kids menu has many different options for food and stuff.

Absolutely terrible ordered the new mushroom burger 2 of them. Bread was not grilled 2 mushrooms on each burger. Hamburger over done fries ice cold. Meal was horrible and charged 20.00. Never going there again

Mobile order, took 10 minutes for us to get to this location, and still had to wait for a chicken nugget for a kids meal. Very dissatisfied and will not ever come here to this location again.
I try not to go here, but everytime I do they always forget part of my order. I don't know what these guys are being paid but its to much. If they get more than $7.00 its to much.

The service was slow and I used the mobile app and selected extra stuff and the night crew couldn't even assemble the food correctly. It's not hard to follow instructions on a screen. If you can't do the job right then go somewhere

A month ago, they messed up an original chicken sandwich, I left. I came back, they did it again. I left thinking it was fixed. Nope drove back and got a free meal card.A month later, i go to use it today and they messed my free sandwich up lolState street needs to retrain EVERYONE in the kitchen man this doesn't happen anywhere else ?I know it's not on purpose but when it happens to you like 4 times in a row at the same place it starts to feel that way.The customer-facing employees are polite and that's about all that's good I can sayI'll probably have them re-make it and give it to someone who will eat anything (because it won't matter what they forget to add or exclude at that point)

so on Oct 5 23 I ordered a cheese burger meal with a coke. when I got done paying $5 &change I get handed a red drink, I said I ordered a coke, which I got. then the bag. when I got back to work (across town) and sipped the coke, it barely had ice and was watered dow. so I can only imagine it was a coke setting around. I open the bag.... no fries where's the fries? it was a meal, meals come with fries. I open the burger.... it's a bacon burger, mind you it was good but I now can't leave work to drive back across town for a new coke or fries. so I paid $5+ for a burger

Went through the drive through tonight and was very satisfied with the employee running the drive thru! Was super polite and super kind to my friend and I! I was very impressed with her level of positive attitude to help and attend to the guest. Didn't catch her name. And couldn't find my receipt. But at was Monday, Sept 25, 2023 around 9pm-10pm window if that helps get her the recognition she deserves! Great Job tonight! Thanks for your kind service!
