I’ve only been in the drive-through at this Burger King location, but I will say that they are on point meaning the orders are always correct as as well as fast and friendly customer service so I read them five stars

Very unhappy over the way a manager treated me today, giving me unnecessary anxiety when I used the online deal for any size fry for a purchase over $1. I made sure to tell the cashier that I wanted a large fry she and confirmed that's what I'd be recieving. Then I asked for a sauce which YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GET ONE PER PURCHASE! The manager yelled from behind the cashier at me and argued that I'd have to pay for a singular sauce! Then when i left I realized checking my bag I got a small fry so I had to turn around and walk inside to face her yet again greeted with attitude, arguing with me. I simply wanted to trade the untouched small for the large. I hope in the future she can learn better customer service skills because I am now stressed out and this did not need to be an upsetting experience. Do better.

Tables were dirty, garbage was full, women's bathroom was out of toilet paper in 1 stall

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 3 handicap parking spaces on the left-hand side as you're looking at the building from the street. There are at least 3 tables you put a wheelchair up to.

Was told chicken would take 8 to 9 minutes so I ordered whoppers and waited 8 to 9 minutes. Took it to go, short trip and fries though cooked perfect they were cold.

Clean your grease trap!!! Everytime I've driven by, within the last month, it smells like something is burning and there is a bunch of smoke coming from the building.

You have to ask yourself why you’re still patronizing business with poor service, low quality products of limited nutritional value, shrinking portions and inflated prices, pushing you to use their mobile app so they can sell your data. For me there was some nostalgia but every time I go here it just ruins the nostalgia nowadays.
