Hacienda Authentic Mexican Restaurant

The food is excellent with big portions. Service was amazing! We will definitely go again and tell family and friends what a great restaurant it is. Best restaurant dinner we've had in a long time.

Amazing food, on the higher end with pricing but the food was def worth the price. There was a lot of ppl there so it was loud, a little hard to hear the ppl at my table. The food came out in record time I was honestly confused when they started handing us our food. But it was hot, fully cooked and delicious. I tried hard to finish my food but I was stuffed 😂

I didn't expect to find a restaurant with such authentic Mexican food in Watertown but Hacienda is it! Great food, excellent service, friendly professional staff that were hustling, great atmosphere and decor - what more could you ask for?! If you want authentic Mexican cuisine get over to Hacienda!

Such a good mexican food and atmosphere for somewhere in the north east close to the border of Canada. First we got the Calamari, and we all loved it. I ordered the Camarones Al Chipotle and I’d say it was also good. One of my buddies got the Hacienda Steak, and that was bomb. I should’ve gotten that one, it’s like a surf ‘n turf kinda style, steak was cooked and seasoned well and comes with shrimp and caramelized onions. And lastly the drinks, they are awesome!! Staff and service are all super friendly as well. Definitely recommend when around the area.

Good food, disappointing staff. The server will now wait at the table for you to pay. I find this awkward and that they don't trust their customers. Makes me not want to go anymore but if I do, I won't be tipping. Change that policy.

The food took about 5 minutes to come out after it was ordered. Was very tasteless overpriced and super dry. By far the worse Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. You’d probably be better off going to Taco Bell.

This place is so uncomfortable. The service from the young females have bad attitudes for no reason. If you’re expecting to be greeted with warmth & friendliness {You Can Forget About It} Their sadly ignorant, that it hurts. My food wasn’t good at all. The menus were streaked with food residue. The floors had dropped food under the table and chairs weren’t sanitized as well. I expressed this to my waitress {She rolled her eyes & caught an attitude} I didn’t want to return the same behavior. I override it and decided to stay anyway. However, I wasn’t there for some appetizer. I ordered an entree with some sort of alcohol beverage. Not even the drink was enjoyable. It was a waste of time and money. If I wasn’t going through a change of life during that time, I would’ve made it an issue. The atmosphere was so unsettling, my spirit told me not to waste my time. I just know, I would never step foot in there, not even for a drink of water. The audacity for their food to be overly charged is an insult. I just want to warn people of bad energy, food, especially your time if, you wanna save your money and have a good time, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants that I have been to in a very long time. The environment was amazing, fun and energetic! The food was out of this world and the staff, well they were top notch! Can't say enough great things about this place. The manager was so sweet as well!

I’ve gone here a number of times and it was always good. Last night it was not. Food was bland, beans were watery. The music was at club volume. The service also left something to be desired. The waitress complained about her feet hurting, never asked how the food was, and had me pay right there at the table with her hovering above. Really disappointed, I normally love this place but I don’t know that I’ll be returning.
