I was in the drive thru at 1028 lunch starts 1030. The black lady told me that I could not order lunch and cannot wait to order lunch so I kindly proceeded order breakfast. While ordering breakfast the screen turned to lunch and half my order went away no one told me anything went to the window only had lunch food ready. The ladies at the window looked at me weird. Lack of communication and lack of care from staff ruined my experience and even when I went in they didn’t make it right

Thursday October 30th, left me very uncomfortable I didn’t like that behavior. The food was good but the unnecessary flirting/touching was not.
I went to this location this afternoon and ordered a chicken sandwich gluten free. I specifically asked if the waffle fries were cooked in a separate fryer and I was told yes. I should have never eaten the fries I was given. The were old and stale and had clearly been sitting out and were not fried fresh in the dedicated fryer. I have had dedicated fries from this location multiple times with no issues, they are piping hot and very light in color. Fries from the shared fryer are always darker. Why was I given old regular fries? It was super slow. Needless to say I got horribly glutened. I have been sick since an hour after I ate and will be dealing with this for days. I am Celiac, and this is what happens, because the people who work here did not care enough to simply make fresh fries. I won't be returning for a long long long time. Chik Fil A is the ONLY fast food chain that offers a dedicated fryer to the Celiac community. It's you guys and Chipotle. Thats it, that all we can have, on road trips, whatever. You need to train your staff better, train them to take these things serious. I am so disappointed and angry. If you offer gluten free, you need to stand by that and do it correctly, because when you don't, we get very sick.

First time trying this fast food place as we were visiting from Scotland. Food quality was excellent, staff were patient and helpful and the place was spotless including the restrooms. We ordered 4 meals delivered within a few minutes to our table and everything was correct. Great value for money and the efficient service allowed us to continue our journey quickly. Had the pleasure of having my first Chick-fil-a experience at the Watertown location on a day trip there and it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I was impressed with how upbeat and friendly every staff me ever was. Everyone smiling and chipper. I haven’t seen this in any fast food restaurant in my life. The food was fresh, hot and the suggestions as a first timer were appreciated. Food was delivered to my table (what?!). I will definitely be stopping in when I make the trip down again.
