Manger went round giving all the little kids toy cows and when it came to my son he looked at him and walked away maybe because he was Mexican and the other kids where white. Made my son feel mad and sad.. will never come here again or eat chick-fil-a ever again if that’s how they going to treat kids.

After a morning of car shopping in the Watertown area, Chik-fil-A was the perfect choice for lunch for my wife and I. We were to get quick meals at a reasonable price and enjoyed ourselves as well. The food was great and filled us up nicely for our return home.

Very upset with Chick-fil-A due to noncommunication also food was cold as ice when we went to pick it up as well as it arriving here so we were stuck with two of the same orders and both orders were ice cold I wouldn’t have ever thought. Chick-fil-A would’ve been very low quality when it came to their food, but the one out here in Watertown, New York, I would not recommend going to. It was not worth $60 maybe $10 for everything but that’s about it.

Was disappointed in the last few visits with the waffle fries. Chalked it to a few off batchs and came to find out the recipe had changed when i asked. There are no other issues to note, and it is the same consistency with other products.
It had all we needed. Clean restrooms, friendly cashier taking orders and delivery food at the table, nice and cozy seating. They have some coloring papers and crayons as well to keep kids busy. Cheers to the staff.

I love the experience every time i come here and so does my wife we are always greeted with a big smile and caring employees who listen to every small thing that one person may have to diet restrictions to food allergies Chick-fil-A will always be one of our favorite places to eat and a lot of other restaurants can learn a thing or two from here especially customer service i highly recommend this Chick-fil-A as well as if you have one close to your area or you just moved to a new area for the first time you can always go here to be greeted with a smile
Walking into this chick filet is disappointing compared to other chick filets. If you’ve ever been to others they are very friendly, greet every customer that comes into the restaurant and just over all friendly which sets them apart from other fast food places. Well this store ignores people coming through the door until they are ready to take your order. Just disappointing. Owners and staff should visit other chick filets around the country and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
