“I love this place, the people the managers and may I just say the owners?! The review I read about Cathrine not caring for her employees has got to be the most miss understood review ever. I worked at this chickflia when it just opened and I couldn’t say more about how amazing the work environment and staff are. I remember one time I wasn’t having the best day and still decided to come into work crying might I add Cathrine and merit the owners took it upon themselves to talk to me and understand my issues and even give me Ice cream on top of all of that. Anyways I love this store and the people who run this! Not even a bad thought comes to mind. I would work here again and miss it terribly!“

“I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal 4 original 4 extra crispy... Asked for mashed potatoes & gravy, and Mac & cheese for my 2 sides... Chicken was very oily, and was very dark blackish brown.. I never got the mashed potatoes, but did get the gravy.. I also got 2 Mac & cheese... What's going on Kentucky fried chicken... The chicken is tiny.. The atmosphere was not very inviting... The people in Watertown, NY location weren't the friendliest... The blond haired manager didn't act like she knew what she was doing.. Upon talking to her, she wasn't very friendly.. Sorry to say it, the meal wasn't worth what we paid for it... Used to love KFC .. the quality is no longer there... From the small chicken to bad service.. MI,CA,PA,NC, and now NY .. I'm no longer going to your restaurants.. I'll stick with Popeye, and Bojangles“

“The KFC was clean and well kept.The employees there were very respectful.Asked questions about ordering off the app and they answered every question no attitude completely professional.Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
