couldn't get served the last 2 time my family went to the Watertown location. Employees would rather you leave then them having to serve you. Management does not care. both time table of 7. we are all foodies so always get apps and deserts. but at least their is other places that happly serve us.
they have a great variety of gifts and the food is so delicious.
Just your standard Cracker Barrel. No surprises.

The okra was stone cold and the store was not busy. Cornbread was well over cooked.

Food was awful the friedchichen wasn't freshly cooked dried out. Even the cornbread was drier than a popcorn fart!

The back kitchen staff was backed up and in a upheaval and the waiter let me know that . When I was ordering I kept being told they are out of that. Then when I asked for corn bread I was explained that you buy a cheaper egg for the corn bread and due to the bird flu they were not making them. I ordered pancakes ,eggs with a piece of cheese and hashbrown casserole . The bottom of my pancakes which they purposely put flipped upside down were burnt. My food was barely warm and I waited 45 minutes . Then to pay 18.00 dollars plus a tip ! I was very dissatisfied to say the least!
