Ran out of mashed potatoes and didn’t tell my daughter until she was almost done her meal. They kept saying that they would get her some and after the 3rd time asking came back and said they were out

Person on gift shop was very snotty. Spent over 100 on our meal and 40 in gift shop and she wouldn't use my coupon because I didn't realize I had to pay together for my stuff.

Service left a lot to be desired. I didn't feel welcomed, and it took an abnormal amount of time for someone to see me after being seated.

They also ran out of corn bread by 1pm on a Tuesday -- that doesn't sound right.

Nevertheless, the fried chicken is tastier than any other fried chicken joint and arrived quick after ordering.
