Dairy Queen (Treat)

Nationally advertising the return of their summer blizzards to start April 1st....so it was extremely disappointing to be turned away when trying to order one of them and told "oh we aren't doing them until tomorrow." ESPECIALLY when i can order it on DD or GH today...I've worked in restaurants for ages....that's an abysmal way to operate especially as a national chain whose been advertising for WEEKS that they would be ready April 1st. I'm pregnant, I've been in the hospital, all I wanted was this stupid blizzard to help cheer me up. Get it together!

I have a family member that worked there in Evans Mills and I could not believe that these hard working young men and ladies were not given a break AT ALL!!! I'm pretty sure it's against labor laws to not grant your employees a fifteen minute break or a half hour break for a 6 + hour shift. I hope corporate see this.!! Just sad and disgusting.

I got a churro dipped cone the last time we came to the mall and the teenager was really.... Squidward personified. Wasn't worth $5 personally, I'd rather have gotten a blizzard or a sundae.

How about you guys stop closing like an hour before you're actually supposed to?

one time i asked for some soda and all they gave me was iceanother time i went here and ordered some fries and ketchup,they only gave me 9 fries and mayo.

we came in today and the girl working was extremely rude. she was visibly angry so when she gave us our food i apologized to her and said that if we upset her or something by our order that i was sorry and she rolled her eyes at me, crossed her arms, and said "whatever" and then mean mugged me as i just looked at her in disbelief. i've never had a negative experience at this location until today. super disappointing.

Waited in line for 5 minutes for the lady at the register to tell me that they are only doing smoothies and Julius’ because they close at 8. It was 7:45. We wanted blizzards. Pretty disappointed.

Went mostly to have an orange juilice but this location doesn't make them. Grabbed a burger and onion ring combo instead with a shake. Burger King has better onion rings and the burger wasn't anything special. Shake was on point though as expected for a dairy queen.

Got a classic orange julius very good.

I asked for a large & got a medium drink & it was not even filled completely. She also bagged my hot dog standing up & it looked sloppy.

Really friendly employee who made my order fast and made it right, cant ask for more!
