Waited like 15 minutes ordered a matcha latte with extra matcha and they basically gave me a big cup of milk no matcha flavor at all

starting off, the line was horrendously long and we sat there for 10 minutes just for the line to move up ONE CAR! we had two orders in one car, the first order was 1 hot and 1 cold toasted white chocolate latte, when we got to the window we were handed 1 HOT toasted white chocolate latte and then sat there for another 10 minutes, we spoke up and said hello and the worker said “one minute we’re making it fresh” as they all stood around laughing, he came back with ANOTHER hot latte and we go, “why did we get another hot?” and he said “how’d you get a hot I didn’t make a hot.” as he literally HANDED it to us, he goes it was rang up 1 hot and 1 iced, CORRECT!! you already gave us the hot!! and then our second order we got a hot chocolate that’s barley hot, and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher that wasn’t even full!! and tasted weird!! and the lady working in the kitchen wasn’t wearing gloves while making a bagel and then licked her fingers!! GROSS!! you need to get better!!! this is disgusting!! don’t go here!!!!!

Every time I go I kindly ask that they put the salt pepper ketchup in the bag . They never do, it’s always the same staff too . That manager is the worst, hire someone experience in customer service . Oh and the coffee is terrible ! It was 6 am too no FRESH coffee ? Are you kidding me ?

Got our order super fast but no sugar or creamers for coffee available. I waited solid 5 minutes meanwhile the employees saw me waiting and completely ignored me. Gentlemen helped me to get the employees attention and they ended up being extremely rude to him claiming they were busy. I understand mornings are busy time however to make it more efficient maybe place sugar, creamers and other condiments up for grabs instead of having to ask for them separately. Also glacéd donuts look older batch..

My fiance and I love our Dunkin stops, we’ve become regulars there, however today has sorta changed my mind about them, this is the second time we’ve been denied will store hours are open. Over 10 cars in the drive thru and they’re walking around the cars with a sign saying both workers need to take a break so we needed to leave. That is such an unprofessional work ethic. Not satisfied at all.
This location was closed told us they had no bread but somehow the drive thru was fine only issue at least 25 cars in line. Not sure what happened.

Our food and drink were done but not together on the counter so they didn't give it to us because no one was on expo to put orders together. 2 bagel sandwiches a muffin and a drink total wait time 23 minutes. Also stood at the order counter for 7 minutes before I just ordered on the kiosk

My iced coffee was ok but both food items where so disappointing. The ham and cheese croissant was over done, dry and had basically no cheese, and the bacon was burnt so bad it was mostly black. Very disappointed. Finally download the app and use it for the first time, just to basically throw 90% of the order away. Id give 0 stars for the food quality if I could. It was was bad bad.
