The one on arsenal is hit Or miss, but the service is miss... And staff not great , we spend about of my there a lot and when I accidentally double ordered they made me take $35 Dollars Worth of food home .. not happy , the chubby guy I think is the worse... I take that back since McDonald'sone machine blew up , I was forced to return , the "manager" bigger lady is a joke she is never there past 4 pm , lied about allowed some gentleman getting hit twice with the bag of food, but katlin I believe her name is great shes quick to apologize, and fix the situation.. really amazing. I can't believe they didn't have access to take things off the app is a major problem, order more that sells by noon no apple fritter.. noon! I miss the old Dunkin where the Arabics owned it , they baked them fresh in store the coffee tasted better and you could smell the goodness.. and now with translation on a phone it would be so b easy!

The bathroom was dirty, associates were not very friendly and the food was iffy, meaning edible but not tasty. This used to be one of the best Dad's in Liverpool on Oswego

Went there tonight around 6pm I ordered a large coffee waited about 8 mins at the drive thru for someone to even acknowledge me at the speaker which being a prior Dunkin worker I know the importance of answering the headset and saying we will be right with you which didn’t happen after that i waited at the window for another 10 mins after the guy took my payment a woman asked me what I was waiting on i had to repeat my coffee order to her and there was at least 4 more employees standing around one by the sandwich station texting the others just talking away so yeah not impressed and will not be back to that location again they really should have a team lead on because I was the only vehicle there for a good 10 minutes ! Do better dunkin

I stopped coming to this location at the beginning of the summer due to poor attitudes from the staff who are very slow and don’t acknowledge the people at the front until you say, excuse me to them to get their attention. Here we are in the end of October going into November and nothing has changed

This was my first experience at Dunkin’, and I was excited to try the new “Potion Macchiato” iced coffee. Unfortunately, I found the flavor to be quite disappointing—the coffee tasted burnt, and I could barely detect the marshmallow ube, which was supposed to be the star of the drink. Additionally, it didn't have the “magical” look I expected; instead of the vibrant purple showcased in the advertisements, it appeared faded and almost white.
I also had my eye on the “spider donut,” but the donut case was surprisingly bare, with limited options available, especially for a morning visit.
On a positive note, the wait time was very short, which was appreciated. Overall, while I was eager to try Dunkin’, my first visit didn’t quite meet my expectations.
While I appreciate a well-made iced coffee, the unwarranted modifications to my order during the spooky season are frustrating. Despite explicitly asking for only whipped cream and caramel drizzle, cinnamon sugar is regularly added, resulting in an undesired horchata-like flavor. Due to limited time, I usually cannot request a remake, and on the rare occasions I do, my polite corrections have been misconstrued as rudeness and reported to my supervisor. (Drive through)

We stopped here to recharge before heading back out. Our cashier, Brian, was hilarious. Very kind and made a great pumpkin ice latte. The pumpkin munchkins are great too. I will return.
