The worst service for a dunkin I've been too. Think the drive thru would be any quicker guess again. And the attitude from the staff. I always try to avoid this one if I can. Do better

Every time I visit this location, I’m stuck waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I literally ONLY pull in this place when I see just one car at the order menu and STILL WAIT for an obscene amount of time. More than once I’ve driven away from the window without my food or a refund because my 30 minute lunch break is over. Today is the last $15 I will just drive away from because this location is a poor example of what dunkin donuts is supposed to be.

I've given up on this location, everytime I stop there something happens, the latest being stuck in the line for almost 25 minutes and when I got to the window I was never greeted and waited another 5 minutes before giving up. Previous times I've stopped there and they are out of tea or bagels and they don't tell you till you pull up to the pickup window.

So this is a hit and miss depending on the time and day you go. Drive thru is great regardless of the wait but sometimes when you go inside, things seem to be a little unorganized. I've even heard the worker cursing at each other. Very unethical especially in a work environment. Other than that I would of given them all the stars.

I was just at the Coffeen Street Dunkin’ Donuts. The lady that waited on us was so rude that we left without our order. She didn’t get our order correct when I tried to correct her. She got very snotty and she swore and she swore at us.

I am what you would consider a Dunkin addict..I’ve tried every Dunkin in the area and I was a consistent regular at another Dunkin in town but they were way too inconsistent so I tried out this Dunkin again to see if there was improvement from the other store, and I absolutely love this Dunkin. They’ve never made my coffee wrong and it’s tasted great every time. I go out of my way in the morning to come here bc the staff is friendly and I get great service !
