It's kind of grody in here, I've never eaten or bought from this place but my friends will and I'll wait with them, sit down inside and eat my own food with them. So I can't rate the menu but the cleanliness is just not there, the atmosphere is depressing in my opinion, and the staff don't seem like they want to be there. It's small and cramped and always crowded. There are other better places to eat in this area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's no stairs but the door is kind of narrow, and it opens outwards.

Ordered through the app. Coffee was black when I ordered flavors and cream and sugar and my sandwich came with cheese when I ordered it without. My friend's coffee was made incorrectly as well. Cashier was super friendly and polite.

Never enough staffing to accommodate the demand of customers. Shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for 2 medium coffee. Not one friendly smile in the place. I do understand to a certain point; it's not the staff's fault.. they're running around like crazy trying to fulfill orders with minimal assistance from extra employees. Also, baked-good options are sparse. Makes for a dissatisfying experience. Management needs to step in and do better.

Every single time I go in, I’m on lunch break at work. And every single time, I stand there, the only person in there, and I wait and wait and wait. It’s ridiculous, they look right at me and continue to not take my order. If there was anywhere else to go for lunch near my job, I would go there. It’s like walking into a high school, their social life is more important than customer service. And half the time, my food is still cold in the middle. They could really do better if they tried.

If I could choose 0 stars for all of it I would. I waited at the window for 10 minutes for two drinks, the girl that was working the window was very rude when giving us our food. And even after 10 minutes of making two lattes the drinks went out of the window, so disgusting we couldn’t even drink them. By far the worst dunkin in Watertown. Do better.

Stopped to get drinks after a 2 hour drive. Entering the building, it smelled like someone had vomited. We ordered 4 hot chocolates, and they all tasted like they just watered down the hot chocolate. It tasted like hot plain water. I go to Dunkin multiple times a week, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this dunkin to anyone.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. Not only did we receive the complete wrong order, She rudely took it back from us and immediately threw it in the trash instead of letting us keep it or having us give it to somebody else. They were unfriendly and rude. 2 employees had horrible attitudes like they did not care and they hated their job.. I would never recommend this dunkin' donuts, which is unfortunate because I stopped at this Dunkin three times a week .and I will never go back to that dunkin' donuts... Worst experience ever. If you hate your job that bad, quit and do everyone else a favor ...and clearly their food is well put together!
