Went to the Dunkin on rt 342 in Watertown NY and did a mobile order online and there was only one girl working ordered a ice coffee and a sandwich and cause she was the only one working she was not making food need to talk to somebody about getting a refund

I have been coming through here every morning to get a black coffee. Currently in line. I've been in line for 23 minutes and seen 5 cars drive off.Currently, I am next in line and watching the woman in front of me wait to be greeted by the worker over intercom. We are at 4:12 seconds currently, of her waiting for someone to take her order.This has been roughly the same each day. Last time stopping here. I'm sure that I'm not alone.

Purchased two cups of coffee for my sister and I today. The coffee was fresh. But the staff failed on their communication skills, never once did the staff say thank you or hope to see you again. Otherwise, the place was clean. Would I recommend this place maybe.

As donut place always out of donuts and high prices almost $4 for an iced tea that more ice than tea. Go to McDonald's and get one for a buck instead.
I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and a hot cocoa. There was no line this evening, so I received my food very quickly. The bagel had just the right amount of cream cheese and was nice and warm. I enjoyed both items.

Always check your drunk sizes, sometimes they give you a large hot cup when you order, a lot of times they give you the regular size cup but will charge you for a large. If you bring it up to them they act like it’s my fault I didn’t pick the right size cup.
