I'm so tired of coming to this location. I miss carthage but don't have a way to get there always. They never messed my orders up like this... seriously how do you not put buffalo sauce on a buffalo chicken sub?! More than 3 times this has happened ?! And today? Chicken stir fry a beloved favorite of mine nOO ONIONS PEPPERS SHAKERS OR OIL OR THE RANCH? Where are they? Just sitting on the grill still? Jesus christ. If you order a hot sub expect it to be not be what you wanted. Order cold subs only... edit+ I never ate the damned thing and only got a $3 refund. Neither of us ate our subs and we got zero help.. it was a special lunch for the both of us a metaphorical button to better our day that was ruined due to lack of customer care. I went to bed for the day after that. It was already a shit day and they just made it shittier.

I placed an order online. 2 subs. 1 was a chicken parm. My son picked up the order. When sub got to me it was a chicken Swiss with no marinara sauce. I don’t believe you have to order it with marinara sauce sauce because marinara is in the description. But I had none. The sub was awful because it was very dry. I put my own mayo on it. The second sub was fine, as ordered.

She's an aging dining area inside, but it adds to the old-school vibe of this iconic sub shop. Friendly service and excellent food! This is a must try for visitors to the area. Be sure to add the mayo, mustard, oil, and shakers for a true Jreck sub experience! Bread so soft it melts in your mouth (figuratively).
First time at this sub chain. We got take out. Staff was friendly. Parking was extremely limited. Subs were very tasty.

Came around 830 and the worker making the subs was fine seemed a little stressed but the person they were working with had a horrible attitude problem and was extremely rude and gave me a nasty face. The sub was also horrible and mushy. Very disappointed.
