Ordered online. 07/20/24 around 6:45 pm. Got home. One bite. Pull mouth away from sandwich, the longest dark brown/black hair comes with. Unraveled out of the sandwich and in my mouth. Puked. Threw sandwich away. Tried to call and tell them to be more careful, to no success, phone just rings. Do not recommend. Absolutely disgusting.

I order a steak sandwich with bacon, the cheese is almost never melted the steak patties aren't cut up just slapped onto the bread the bacon is always soggy. The fries are never crispy always floppy. Not coming here again, I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location.
