I have come here multiple times and every time it always comes up short. I order a steak sandwich with bacon, the cheese is almost never melted the steak patties aren't cut up just slapped onto the bread the bacon is always soggy. The fries are never crispy always floppy. Not coming here again, I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to a different location.

Customer service is horrible ladies there were rude and cocky and a little expensive too and expensive side I'm done going to direct subs I was a lifelong customer grew up fnkg eating Jrreck subs and now it's the worst place ever I don't even go to it
