Went here exactly 4 days ago and just ordered the two piece chicken box- I have had salmonella poisoning since because of them. DO NOT EAT HERE. If you don’t get sick, they get your order wrong. Worst place in Watertown.

I live in ogdensburg ny and travel to Watertown to shop. I usually stop at KFC to get dinner so I don’t have to cook after a day of shopping. So I don’t check my order until I get home. I paid $33 and change for the 8 piece meal today 5/23/25. I get home and I have 8 pieces alright. 1 breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and 3 WINGS. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET 2 thighs 2 wings 2 legs and 2 breasts. To substitute a wing for a breast is ridiculous. I am pissed. From now on I am checking the chicken before I leave the store. Once before I was shorted a piece. Because I’m 60 miles away before I open the bucket I’m screwed. Won’t happen again. I’m clarifying what is in a 8 piece bucket
when I order and I’m checking it before I leave the store. $33 for the meal is highway robbery to begin with. Then substitute a wing for a breast is outrageous. If I knew how to contact corporate I would!!!!

We waited for the chicken to cook and when we got to the hotel it was raw...all 8 pieces. I figured we waited 25 mins for it then it was going to be fresh and cooked.
We ordered at the drive up window and yet when we got to the window she asked us again and she had the order all wrong. Watertowns KFC has gone to hell. Won’t eat there again

This must be Wendy's and Kentucky fried are getting unsafe products that they getting delivered or very poor preparation or unclean kitchen due we have order 3 times and got major diarrhea or stomach issues just warning people be careful of this establishment possible unsanitary conditions at this place a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Rude land whale cashier gave me attitude after asking if an order was mine since I had to wait 20 minutes more after it was supposed to be ready and had to go inside to retrieve it myself. Also the order she had was mine so she cut me off with attitude for no reason
