Slow service six years ago and worse today. 2 people working during lunch rush. How do they stay open??

I literally stood at the counter and was waiting for someone to come up to me and ask me if I needed anything which took atleast 10 minutes, until I spoke up and said something at one of the workers walking by. Bathroom toilet doesn’t flush, drink machine has syrup that needs to be replaced, service was god awful.

The food tasted horrible. the arsenal street location has an employee named Breanna podvin that is very disrespectful to customers and picks her nose be fore serving food to customers. I would rather go to a randown shack to eat then to eat at this

At the Arsenal Street location in Watertown, New York. You have an employee named breana Podvin who has horrible customer service skills and also spits in peoples food also, she digs for gold a lot, caught her, picking her nose, one time and she picked her nose before handing food out I think this is a disgrace to your business, and this employee should be fired.
Two of us dropped in to try their new spicy slaw wraps. They were decent, although messy to eat. They were pretty much falling apart. Definitely get sides, because the wraps are small. (Or get 2 wraps.) We had the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and buttermilk biscuits. All passed the taste test. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly.

Worst and rudest service in town, food they serve is very old. Your order won't likely be close to accurate. Hopefully for the sake of the restaurant's history it gets new management to turn this place around.

This "quick service " restaurant has been in Watertown for decades. I like to support them. The food is always very good, order us always accurate and staff is friendly.

I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal 4 original 4 extra crispy... Asked for mashed potatoes & gravy, and Mac & cheese for my 2 sides... Chicken was very oily, and was very dark blackish brown.. I never got the mashed potatoes, but did get the gravy.. I also got 2 Mac & cheese... What's going on Kentucky fried chicken... The chicken is tiny.. The atmosphere was not very inviting... The people in Watertown, NY location weren't the friendliest... The blond haired manager didn't act like she knew what she was doing.. Upon talking to her, she wasn't very friendly.. Sorry to say it, the meal wasn't worth what we paid for it... Used to love KFC .. the quality is no longer there... From the small chicken to bad service.. MI,CA,PA,NC, and now NY .. I'm no longer going to your restaurants.. I'll stick with Popeye, and Bojangles

I ordered took. Home fixed a plate first bite I took was Coleslaw and it had hair in it when I called they only wanted to replace Coleslaw but I wouldn't eat anything else for fear of more hair so I felt they should've replaced whole meal haven't ate there

Watertown New york location We arrived on a Friday july 14 /23at 3:30pm and the place was not busy. I was the onky customer in the place. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and I was told there was no white meat only dark and the cook had gone home.I hesitated but took the bucket. When I got home (1.5 hour drive so could not drive back or i would have) there were 6 legs out of the 11 pieces of chicken! And yes, we were 1 piece short of the 12 we paid for. As well, my husband got a back that was not fully cooked so he could not eat it. And there was actually liquid oil in the bottom of the bucket that the chicken was sitting in. Wild. Crazy $40 meal. The gravy was great and the biscuits were good. But the chicken not at all!!! Very upset, one of the worst meals I have ever eaten

My roommate and I enjoy the food, however, with the exception of one amazing staff member, the rest seem like they are annoyed that we are even ordering. Out of the last 10 times we have ordered through the drive-thru, they have messed up our order eight times.
