I would like to start off by saying that the people and the atmosphere are amazing. I don’t have a single problem with any employee that I speak to in little Caesars, they are all very nice and very helpful. The establishment is also very clean, and I have never seen a mess in the place which I never have had that experience at other restaurants. With that being said, the reason I’m giving three stars is because I have an issue with the food I receive. Because the food is the main thing I come in for, I am disappointed with my experience the past three or four visits. I specifically put in custom orders for my pizzas to make sure that I am given extra cheese and extra sauce. Unfortunately, my past three or four pizzas I have not received extra sauce at all and sometimes I don’t receive the extra cheese either. I completely understand being overwhelmed with customers and usually don’t have an issue, but I pay extra(depending on the pizza type,some don’t cost extra when customizing) to make the pizzas custom specifically for those two items. I have even called in when my pizza was made to make sure extra sauce was put on it, and the only time extra sauce has ever been put on my pizza was when I called in. I have to walk to Little Caesars and back so I don’t have the convenience of driving there to get my pizza fixed or to get a refund. My son still enjoys it so I don’t usually complain but I would like to know what I have to do to get it made the right way. I still think the people there are amazing, I am just disappointed in the actual food. I’ve added photos to show the lack of sauce on my pizza. It’s been very dry the past few orders.

I think people expect too much of this place. Is it the most amazing pizza ever? No. Is it 5 star service? No. It's Little Caesar's. It's quick food on a budget. Seems like ordering a simple pizza has gotten really quite expensive in recent years and I don't want always want to pay $30 for cheese on bread. For times when I'm on a budget, and just want something hot and tasty and easy, this place comes through. I like to order on the app and pick up in the drive through. My order is always accurate, always freshly made, and service is good enough considering it's usually teenagers employed here.

Fastest places to get fluid in the town and city of town. Great service always professional timely the food is good it’s warm and hot and sometimes it will be a tiny bit overcooked. Overall the owners and Cos in this place is magical. Great place to get food when there isn’t water in it wasn’t even packed so.GreatParking: The one is there’s plenty of parking cause of huge empty lot but up to it so there’s no problem with the parking and they also have a drive-through that you can go through

Ordered a pretzel pizza ,pepperoni pizza and breadsticks got all the way home just to find out I was charged for that order but was given two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks called to see what they would do and I live 20 minutes from Watertown my options were to drive all the way back to get the pizza I ordered or bring back everything to get a refund ! It’s Sunday and football is on the whole reason we ordered pizza needless to say I guess you always have to check your food before you leave here and this isn’t the first time it happened when we ordered lunch for our business as well !

The manager cussed at people who came in with service dogs and kicked them out which is illegal. I will never dine at this restaurant again and this manager needs to be fired because the way he treated disabled people is unacceptable.

This store denies people entry for a service dog that is TASK TRAINED SERVICE ANIMALS alerting on CARDIC ALERTS that is essential for health and being able to be out in public at all. Ashamed, this place needs to read up on the law.
