LongHorn Steakhouse

This location used to be great, but in the last six months it has gone sooooo far downhill. I’ll never get food there again. They can’t get a burger or steak cooked to the proper temp. One burger we got looked like a brick that was steamed or boiled. Squared off edges, no char and dystopian grey all the way through. Their fries are always soggy now and if they’re out of an item for an online order, they don’t even bother telling you. They just replace it with whatever they have and hope you don’t notice. Also they always “forget” the sauces, bread, etc on online orders.

Buyer beware.

The service is real good they check on you from time to time to see how everything is going. Some of the best appetizers I have ever had. Great prices on meals. So with all that go check it out and if it's your first time there you get a surprise from the manager 😉 😀

I loved the vibe here! The lighting was nice and not overwhelming. Decent tunes and friendly staff members. There was a reasonable wait time. They were also able to accommodate our seafood allergies. Excellent, fresh food! Lots of great options with good prices.

Our server, John, was wonderful. He was very attentive with the drink refills and made sure we were well taken care of. He didn't miss a single item we ordered. You can tell he really enjoys his job! He had a great attitude, smiled the whole time and made us laugh. It was a great time for a Friday night outing! We will be back!

The place is wonderful. The service was excellent and the food delicious. I highly recommend Redrock Grilled Shrimp. The steaks are also divine. The Moscato wine is of very good quality as is the cheesecake.

Worst experience ever. We were told there’s a 10 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes, multiple tables open, multiple staff but no service was provided to us. Absolutely utterly disappointed!

Been going here for years. Didn’t realize they couldn’t cook a hamburger steak and didn’t get it fixed until my wife was done eating. They didn’t offer to remove it off the bill but gave a small discount instead. In my mind, the whole steak meal should’ve been comped but guess that’s how this place rolls. Long time customer till now never returning

We went for our son's and daughters birthday celebration. We told them we had a dog in the car and we were seated right away. It went downhill from there. We gave the waitress our drink orders and it took awhile for the drinks to arrive. We gave our food orders at that time. We were wondering where our salads were and my wife checked and after 45 minutes our order was just being place into the computer. My wife's salad came out wrong. Finally the meal came. Steaks were cooked wrong, hamburger did not have cheese, and sweet potato was missing. The bill had extra charges and after being frustrated, I paid the SEMI corrected bill and left. We will not be going back. The manager was not easy to help us.

I went during lunch and most of the food was good but they did not have the A list cook on. My 30$ steak was very charred on the outside but perfect on the inside. As a regular of Longhorn that’s unusual. You will get flawless service during regular dinner hours. Lunch I would skip it.

Poor service. My wife and I did not get a chance to order due to no service. I do not want to make any racial statements, but damn. I am an American Soldier, at least give my wife and I the courtesy for a glass of water. We left thinking the worst and spent our money elsewhere.

We called ahead to reserve a table for 14 at 7pm. Once we arrived at 6:45, a couple people couldnt make it and our party size was reduced to 9. We informed the hosts and they had us wait over an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. Upon being seated, there was a huge amount of food on the floor where we placed my daughter and I had to ask be cleaned up. Only good thing about this was our server and food. Just going to stick to roadhouse from now on.
