I consistently receive better service (better assembled food, friendliness and speed of staff despite any staffing shortages) the McDonald's on Arsenal as opposed to the one on State.
Dietary restrictions: I avoid lactose by asking for a large caramel iced coffee without cream.
If mayonnaise doesn't bother you like cheese does, consider requesting a dollop of mayo IN PLACE OF cheese on items such as the McDouble.
✅ LIFE HACK: request slivered onions instead of diced to make your sandwich more robust.
Parking: On a very busy, multiple lane main street near an intersection. Think ahead to plan your route as not to disrupt traffic while taking your sweet time turning into the bumpy entrance (concrete is disintegrating- is there gravel? Not sure. Be prepared to bridge the gap 🤣).

This McDonald's makes mistakes on your order, make sure you check before leaving. Manager is of no help, she has accepted the fact her employees make mistakes. No quality control. I wonder how much money they make by shorting people on thier order.

My visit was a wonderful reward for me after a very early visit to the dentist. I had a great breakfast, but what was more important was the atmosphere. McDonald's is a happy, welcoming place where old friends meet to share coffee or a meal. It is a community filled with smiling people. How refreshing. Thank you, McDonald's!

You have to ask yourself why you’re still patronizing business with poor service, low quality products of limited nutritional value, shrinking portions and inflated prices, pushing you to use their mobile app so they can sell your data. For me there was some nostalgia but every time I go here it just ruins the nostalgia nowadays. Also the coffee here tastes like lukewarm water filtered troughs dirt and canned green beans, and garbage at 5am when you would sort of expect semi-fresh coffee.

They’re pretty positive and upbeat here and the line moves relatively quickly during busy hours! Usually I have to go back for a sauce or a straw every once in awhile but honestly that’s just little things, I know I forget stuff at my work. It’s human.

It was pretty good for McDonald's food, and didn't have to wait forever for our meals. This was during typical lunch rush hours (so pretty busy).
Parking: Kinda of out of the way (in back) but doable.
Kid-friendliness: Separate dining/play area with own bathroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair friendly, and the person in the wheelchair (with another party) said it's the best McDonald's they've been to.
