Waited for 30 mins on line to be told they are closed I got here at 1020 pm and lights went off at 1040 better management needed could have put cones so that no else can drive through if they want to close early. Or still take care of the last orders before having people wait all that time to be treated like crap.

Just purchased a mocha frappe. It was all ground ice and hardly any drink. What a waste of money. In addition, the man at the register was dirty and not very familiar with the register… not a good representative for the company.

Food was absolutely disgusting 🤢 food was cold and the flavor was awful I had to throw it all away I know it was only $15 but come on McDonald’s do better this location needs to be shut down and given new management or permanently shut down for good. If something doesn’t change I will get this McDonalds shut down there’s more health violations at this location then any McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to it’s shameful that people can’t do there job the right way and not only that they are overpaid workers and they suck at there job, also the fries have a set time they can be set out and this location completely disregards all of those things
More often then not is something missed. Order is always repeated but when we get our order there is always something wrong or missing. And it's not just one place.

Everytime I door dash something from this McDonald's they always forget something today I doordashed a minecraft meal and 2 cheeseburgers for my kid and they forgot the cheeseburgers and this isn't the first time they have done this, get better at your job.

After a recent staff change up that I can notice, their service has gotten notably better. They at least pretend they don't hate everything now 😂
They don't do "extra" when you pay for extra sauce very well, but at least you don't feel like a burden just buying something now. A marginal but noticeable improvement from say... last year
