I have never had a bad experience at a Moe's before. Food is always good and the service is good. The only complaint I would make is their floors seem to be very stick, likely from the soda machine and people spilling drinks.

This Moe's had great food when I went a couple years ago. Recently, I needed to call them to fix an order their app messed up since it sent it to this store when I needed it to a store 1k miles from them. Their phone can only hear me the first few seconds of the call. They were able to cancel the order but still haven't issued a refund. FIX YOUR PHONE!

Ordered the small pan of the dippers which should be like ten of them, somehow when my order arrived all sealed and everything there were two crudely wrapped in the tinfoil with no cheese just some chicken in a tortilla also with no dip. I don't write reviews but that was nuts

I literally detest inconsistencies in a restaurant . Today 11.05.25 at 12.20pm I literally received half of the normal portion. Why can’t his restaurant be consistent? I just can’t come here and be the same twice.

Came here about a month ago for work and couldn’t get to try anything cause it was like a 45 minute due a baseball teams order being made. Came back up here again for work from Philly said let me see if they say I have to wait again… well I’m a be all the way real if they made me wait I was gonna leave a disappointed review and didn’t even get to try the food. So I got to get a meal and I tell you it’s great so good I was tempted to ask the female that made my order out. Only thing I can say is the location is on the cut but plenty of parking so it’s cool. If I’m working back up this way again I be sure to go grab a Stack” she sure probably put like 5lbs on my skinny self 🫡

I usually don’t post bad reviews, but this was myFirst visit to a Moes. First of all stood there for 15 minutes while five people were cleaning up. No one was in the store. I was the only one in line. The lady that waited on me was very very rude. I even told her it was my first visit and to bear with me She was not nice or helpful at all. And to top it off got home (30minutes away) and half my order was missing. I Called the store and spoke to The manager and she apologized, stated she would refund my money. She said it probably It around three days. A week later and still see no credit.. I would not recommend this location and I will not return. Worst customer service.

Food was good and quick even for a “Moe Monday” Here is the kicker. Both womans and mens bathrooms were gross and grey water backup in the sink. I have had cleaner bathrooms at JRTC “if you know you know”
Every seat and table has some sort of filth on it, but a online order in, and arrived on time only to have to wait 25 mins while they made my order. Terrible.

Food was great and the staff lovely, downside was it was hotter than hell in the building. I felt so bad for the staff who have to work in such a hot place and then add on the hot cooktops. They should really get the AC fixed.

Subpar location, pretty much every table was dirty and both our homewrecker bowls tasted like it was made with entirely salt, spent $40 on two bowls and barely could eat half of it.
